List of John R. Gleason's Reviews
Spends adequate time listening and examining gives detailed diagnosis looks at imaging closely presents all options. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a footankle specialist.
Doctor Gleason is very caring and professional. He has performed 2 operations taken care of one broken foot and a bone spur for me. I trust him and I have great confidence in his knowledge as a doctor. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. I wish every doctor will have this qualities too. He knows his patients well and he takes the time to listen and sympathize with them. I love dr. Gleason and I highly recommend him
Dr Gleason is amazing... he is kind compassionate and even has a good sense of humor He takes time to go over my MRI results and explain in detail what is going on in my ankle and what I can expect long term as far as healing. I highly recommend him and his entire staff. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Gleason was very nice before surgery. He performed Hammer Toe correction surgery on multiple toes. Its been a year and I am having more problems than before surgery I went to another Doctor who said the pins had been taken out too early and therefore did not heal correctly I am still having numbness and pain
Terrible experience. Kept me waiting almost 90 minutes past my appointment time for my first appointment. He did apologize but I understand this is common practice. He sent me for some tests and when I did the followup appointment he had little to say. He sent his extremely rude assistant in to fit me with a splint but it was something that was for tendonitis and not the problem I was having. I tried to discuss this with his assistant and it was a waste of my time. When I asked a question or said something was too tight he became rude and argumentative. He Tony sold me a bandage for tendonitis and that was not my diagnosis. He did not even fit it correctly and even said it would not correct my issue. Furthermore it was not covered my insurance which he should have known. Now I am stuck with a useless compression bandage and no relief for my problem. I would give Dr. Gleason and his assistant zero stars if possible. I strongly suggest finding another Dr who will listen to you and provide appropriate treatment or who will refer you to someone who does know how to treat your condition.
It has been a few years since Dr. Gleason cut down to the toe bone to remove a callus. He later explained that the callus has a memory and that is why it came back with a vengeance. It reminds me every day that the surgery did nothing to relieve it rather it feels worse.
Dr Gleason is an amazing surgeon His entire staff is caring and made me feel like family
Extremely knowledge and excellent assessment skills. Glad to meet some I trust with my feet
Dr. Gleason injected cortisone in the knee with minimum discomfort. He is very nice and caring
Went to Dr. Gleason 4 years ago for the simple removal of a Mortons Neuroma in my right foot. Lets just say it didnt go well. I want to be very guarded in what I say about Dr. Gleason but I will say this Go see anyone else before you end up permanently crippled like me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
