Staff was top notch from initial screening to surgery. Pre-op was a bit long and tedious, and only made anxiety worse. The staff did their best to keep patients engaged but the wait was too long.

the procedure was more painful than expected and i dealt with a lot of anxiety during and after the operation. the staff and doctor were wonderful and helped me to be comfortable. my results were noticeable the same day as the procedure and i am happy with how it turned out.

Dr Woolfson was great, calming bedside manner and very professional 10/10. My two complaints are: the dialogue that is gone over prior to surgery is very LASIK focused and repeated constantly. I needed to clarify what was related to PRK and felt that PRK was overall brushed over. I understand it's a much smaller amount of cases compared to the LASIKs in the group, but of course my case is what is most important to me. Lastly, I was forgotten about and was pushed to being operated with another group. The surgery was successful though and that is what is most important. Thank you all!

I have had great results from my procedure. The staff was absolutely wonderful and they were available to answer any and all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience. I only wish I would have done it sooner!

Dr. Woolfson's practice has been absolutely amazing. They were recommended by a friend and my previous eye doctor. After my consult, I did not even do a second consult at any other practice or compare any further. I knew if I was going to proceed with Lasik it would be here. It was an easy decision to put my trust into this practice that cares very much about their patients. It shows at all levels, from the consult all the way through the day after surgery appointment. I was extremely nervous (which is normal and to be expected) and they were so professional and caring that the experience was completely seamless. Even though I did not meet Dr. Woolfson until the surgery day, he made that introduction and transition easy. He walked us through what to expect and helped make all the overwhelming information easy to interpret and understand. The video that was done regarding Lasik and what to expect was fantastic!! I appreciated all the information and the way it was presented. It helped me understand what the experience was going to be like and what to anticipate the day of my surgery. I am very grateful that we have this practice here in Knoxville. Thank you!!! .
