This is the first time I have visited this facility. I took my son in for a broke finger and Dr Joshua Ratner was amazing with him. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every person from the receptionist, nurse to Dr Ratner and even getting his cast put on they were all so patient with my son. I highly recommend Dr Ratner for all your hand needs. The entire office was very efficient / listened & timely. X-ray was done on site and that was a huge help. Great experience as a first visit. Wait time was minimal. The staff and Dr. Joshua Ratnor were all very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated how the Doctor explained my surgery and follow up care. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. So I highly recommend this practice.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ratner to anyone in need of a hand specialist!! I had an unfortunate event at work, which resulted in a puncture wound to my hand. Fortunately for me, Dr. Ratner and his team provided the care and professionalism necessary to get back me back in the game! Thanks again Dr. Ratner!!

Dr. Ratner and his team are competent professionals. I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist I wanted removed. They x-rayed my wrist in the office on my initial visit and scheduled the surgery. This was a great experience. I tried to have this removed 11 months before by a hand doctor here in East Cobb and when the second visit to remove the cyst became a visit so the PA could look at it and drain for the second time. I wasn't happy with her practice and their tactics. My wife told me when I first had this problem to schedule my appointment with Dr.Ratners practice. She went to TH&UECOA for a broken wrist and was very pleased with her experience and outcome. I wanted to go closer to home and ended up wasting time and money. Bottom line if you want a great professional with a wonderful staff attending to your needs save the headache Dr. Ratner is your guy. Dr. Ratner and his team are competent professionals.
