I would give Dr Zimmerman a 5 due to her being pleasant, concerning and willing to listen and answer my questions. The staff is pleasant as well however, my first appointment as a new pt., my chart was placed in another dr’s bin and I waited a little over an hour until it was noticed. Then I tried to called the office three times to speak with someone and the only option to get to speak to a live person is the, you are a physician option. Frustrated at this point. I called to reschedule an appointment on Monday. Here it is Thursday and I had to reach out to the office. I purposely waited. This time I asked to speak to an office manager (Shawn). When Shawn answers the phone, I’m on speaker without warning. My question to her was, who operates the phone lines, the answering system. She says she is. I explain to her the issue. Shawn never apologizes for anything and I make that known. She proceeds to say, ma’am I just need to get in ur chart to resolve the issue and explains the incorrect issue. Then starts to say she wants to make sure her staff is trained well. My next questions to her were, if you’re in charge of the answering service and you just regurgitated an incorrect issue, who needs the training? You or “your staff”? Shawn then states she is hanging up the line because I am being derogatory. So I ask, how am I being derogatory? Did I yell? Did I use foul language? Her response was,”ma’am, I’m not doing this with you and I will disconnect the phone if you continue to be derogatory? She couldn’t answer the question because I did neither. I get she did not agree with my delivery, however, I was asking solid questions. To add insult to injury the social is incorrect on my chart. She did offer for me to call back when I am not being “derogatory”. Ha! How Sway? She I just select the physician option again? I informed Miss Shawn, upon hanging up, I was leaving a review. She said good, have a good day. Something else boooyyeeee.

Very professional and knowledgeable. She's definitely great at delivering. I will recommend her to anyone!!!!

When my wife’s gynecologist retired, the choice to reach out to Dr. Julie Zimmermann was an easy one. She has shared her wealth of knowledge over the years with my wife and made the transition to being her GYN seamless. I want to thank her for her professionalism and feel privileged she has become a part of our lives.

Dr. Zimmermann is the absolute best! She makes you feel that you are the only patient on her schedule. She is patient, a great listener, and always kind. Her nurse Theresa is amazing as well. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Zimmerman is a phenomenal OB/GYN. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my health. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, and her staff is super polite and professional. I highly recommend this practice to any woman seeking quality care.

Dr. Julie Zimmermann is one of the best, most caring GYNs I have ever had as a doctor. She is honest, inquisitive and passionate. She LOVES what she does and it shows. When I have questions, she makes herself available to answer them and help me through the changes in stages women go through. I am currently approaching menopause (ok, she says I am in it), and she has helped me through some of the stumbling blocks women face during that time. I started coming to Dr. Z because my GYN retired, and it was one of the best decisions I could have ever made for my healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Zimmermann if you care about YOU! She is great with all ages by the way.

Love Dr. Zimmermann and this Practice! The office is clean and all the nurses are really helpful. In fact, Teresa was persistent in getting a prescription filled for me when my insurance was giving me the run around about coverage. I highly recommend GA OB!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zimmermann’s for almost 20 years. She delivered both of my children and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff is great, the office is great and Dr. Zimmermann is the best! Highly recommend

I have been going to this practice for over ten years and Dr. Zimmerman is my favorite of favorite doctors. Not only because she delivered my babies by c-section, twice, but because she is always there when I need something. This is a very busy practice, but they will fit you in and address any concerns you may have. Having medical professionals in my family, I know how busy these doctors are and may sometimes seem short or that they don’t have time but Dr. Z will call you after hours if there is an issue and explain everything you need to do to get better. I would recommend this practice to any and all aged women but especially those looking to grow their families.I always feel very cared for there.
