My two daughters and I both use Dr. Kate until she ditched all three of us... which was a blessing in the long run... She just got frustrated with us I guess because one of my daughters always talked a lot trying to confide in her all the problems she was having after Dr. Kate sent her & then her sister to a surgeon who did a complete Thyroidectomy on her then her sister...

I have been treated by Dr. Wheeler for almost 10 years. As it has grown, the administrative side of Laureate has really gone downhill. Waits of up to 1/2 hour on the phone just to make an appointment! Way too much time sitting in a waiting room, then in a patient room, then waiting for the bill ....then billed incorrectly. It's not Dr. Wheeler's fault, she's a good doctor, but this overall this practice is not well managed. I'm going elsewhere.
