I do not recommend for adult adults. The doctor not take my concerns seriously I left feelings as though there was no remedy for my allergies after being argued with about whether or not they were allergies. It is hurtful for a anxious and new patient to be met with condescending tones and attitude because I would rather suffer with my allergies than come back and be met with more opposition. Her tone and bedside manner were completely unprofessional and I do not recommend for others. I am actually very hurt by my experience. I highly doubt that the doctor will take these notes but my hope is that someone will avoid this clinic because of this review. The only positives is that I got in quickly however had I known the experience waiting for me I would have rather gone somewhere else and waited an hour just to have better interactions.

Highly recommend Dr Sheerin. She went above and beyond for my infant suffering with severe eczema food allergies and repeat infections. She truly cares about her patients and spent significant time trying to make sense of his irregular lab results and complex medical presentation. I very grateful to her for kicking off a more comprehensive investigation and reaching out to his other doctors. Also her eczema protocol is spoton and she and her staff were always very responsive.

Dr. Sheerin did not treat me during my first visit to the Atlanta Allergy and Asthma Clinic. I walked into her office with rashes all over my skin seeking medical attention and all she did was tell me to schedule a new appointment for the following week. I walked into the clinic around 1045 am I was seen by Sheerin around 1100 pm and the appointment ended at 1120 pm. The appointment was extremely rushed. I paid the copay but received zero treatment. She neither prescribed prescriptions because I visited a Minute Clinic the day before and was prescribed the necessary medications. I was encouraged to visit an allergist because I needed an answer to my allergic reaction because I previously experienced an anaphylactic attack. Instead of providing all necessary food allergy tests Sheerin told me to bring foods from my home for the thursday appointment. As a patient this is very inconvenient and it should be her job to provide the necessary tools to test for allergies. I am currently looking for a different allergist to treat and help determine the cause of my allergy. Please do not visit Sheerin if you need to be treated.

Poor bedside manner with adults. Only cares about black and white areas. If you fall in the gray area good luck trying to get her to care about your symptoms. She prefers to do the 10 second talk and she is ready to move on. Heard the nurse tell her I wanted food allergy testing as well. Her response of course she does. I had positive allergy testing before hers were negative. Tried telling her my allergy symptoms she said they were not allergies. I beg to differ. I dont trust their serum

It was wonderful experience the staff of the receptionnurses very professional and friendly.IIt was a blessing to find a Dr Sheerin Kathlen who can communicate easy to understandwith a great knowledge.I highly recommend this group. Elvira Velez

I dont know whether I can trust Dr. Sheerin. She believes everything my child who is a hypochondriac says to her. According to my child her asthma is severe and one after another medication does not work but as her stay at home parent I have never seen a single instance of asthma occur in my child. I asked the doctor whether the asthma shows up on test results and she said not really. So shes medicating my child completely based on the what child says?

Dr. Sheerin has been excellent in all aspects over a period exceeding 15 years.

She very unprofessional and displayed terrible bedside manners. In addition she wasnt very sensitive or sympathetic to my needs. Then she scheduled another appointment after telling me she couldnt do anything at this one. I go to the next appointment she tells me that she cannot do anything because I decided to treat the allergic reaction that I had before coming. Now I get a bill wanting me to pay and nothing was done. Interesting
