Keith Moore's Online Review Report Card

I had a radio frequency ablation procedure and sclerotherapy performed through the Camp Creek office in 2019 and decided to return to this office in 2022. In 2019 the office was called Vein Atlanta. Now they have merged with Center for Vein Restoration. I like Dr. Keith Moore, and I want to work with him again. However, I do not like the new phone system. It is difficult to get in touch with the Camp Creek office directly. I have to call their new main line, which causes delays and confusion. If I call the Camp Creek office directly, then there's usually no answer.There's also been confusion and delays regarding my care at the Camp Creek location. When I went to my appointment on Feb.16, 2022, they treated me as if I were a new patient. However, I was an established patient. They gave me a free screening (the ultrasound technician barely ran the wand over my legs), and basically said there was nothing wrong with my legs. I would be eligible for sclerotherapy, but insurance wouldn't pay for it, because it would be considered a cosmetic procedure. I was not satisfied with that assessment. I contacted my insurance company. They gave me procedure code and diagnostic code numbers, and I once again contacted the Camp Creek office through the main line number, which took a while to get through. I spoke to Wendy (the patient advocate and office manager). She basically said, "Let's start over"--not her exact words, but she does an excellent job of helping the patients. When I returned to the Camp Creek office on May 17, 2022, the ultrasound technician was a different employee. He spent a lot of time scanning my legs, and he even used a slightly different technique. It turns out that I had three veins (one on the right leg and two on the left leg) that needed ablation. I questioned Dr. Moore as to why my legs were supposedly "okay" on 2/16/22, but only three months later, on 5/17/22, I had three veins that were incompetent. He didn't have an explanation for that. However, I feel comfortable with Dr. Moore's previous treatments and bedside manner, so I have scheduled appointments to proceed with ablations and follow-up sclerotherapy at this office.

The nicest people you can meet and Dr Moore is awesome!! Also, Shout out to Ms. Wendy who always made me feel comfortable and at ease!!

Very accurate and professional

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: I cannot say enough about Dr. Moore and his staff. I spent a year seeing a team of Vascular Surgeons in Douglasville, which included five (5) Ultrasounds on my right leg. They could not find anything wrong. During my first visit with Dr. Moore, he conducted an evaluation, reviewed my ultrasound and diagnosed the problem in my right leg as Venous Reflux. Even though I arrived a day early, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, for my appointment, Dr. Moore and two (2) of the most amazing nurses conducted a procedure on my right leg to resolve this problem. I am already experiencing some positive results. I would highly recommend Dr. Moore and his entire team. The receptionists greet you by name and with a smile. The Ultrasound Tech was also very kind and professional. The only issue I have had is that the offices are too warm for me but, to be honest, I am cold-natured.

Great customer service, dr Moore made it so comfortable while doing the procedures. His assistants were fabulous. The nurse at the front desk was the best. Will recommend to family,friends or strangers

From start to finish the staff we're all about my 81 year old moma. They took time with her. Dr. Moore was sensitive to her situation. Thank VC.

When I walk in first the first time. I was greeted wide kindness. And once interested in the patient room Chris and staff and with Dr Moore: show kindness and thoughtfulness.

The entire staff from my first to last visit was wonderful. You are greeted with a smile (you can tell even under the mask) and by name. Ms. Wendy and Ms. Raquel were exceptional over and beyond front desk staff I have ever encountered. Ms. Shaunda my nurse made me feel very relaxed, and she is very personable. Dr. Fonger was the initial doctor I saw but, was told I would be seeing Dr. Moore for the procedures. What can I say about Dr. Moore, wonderful bed side manor and knows his stuff. Techs Quan and Chris are the best. I applaud the entire Campcreek staff.Thank you Center for Vein Restoration.

The staff in Camp Creek were very attentive and polite. Dr. Moore was very detailed with explaining my procedures. My legs feel great and I cant wait to spread the news.

This is a clean, bright, top-notch facility. Most importantly, the doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. I already referred someone to this place.
