I always get my physical once a year, and was seeking a new family physician. It’s very important to me that my doctor has great bedside manner, and is very concerned about my health. My experience on yesterday with Dr. Gandy was a amazing and the entire staff customer service is phenomenal! When I first arrived at the facility, I did have issues with finding the building once I parked in the garage. I must say it’s very frustrating when you get there, because they have different elevators for different floors. BUT……….. Once I got to the 11th floor it was a breeze, and the front desk clerk Ashley instructed me how to get there easily the next time. The nurse was a sweetheart, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. When Dr. Gandy came in, I felt a weight off of my shoulders. I literally asked to get tested for every single thing from cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, and anything else that I could be tested on. I feel as you get older you should have yearly test on every single thing that could be a hazardous to your health. Dr. Gandy had great bedside manner, listened to my every concern, and was the SWEETEST!!!!! Since I’m a new patient I had to wait almost 8 months to see her, but it was so worth it. I most definitely see why everyone online rave about her, because it most definitely is true. She is one of the best family physicians that, I’ve seen since I’ve been living in Atlanta. This is officially my new family physician, and I couldn’t be more happier. The staff where so friendly, and helpful which was a plus as well. Thank you guys for making my first visit here great!

The Laura Gandy is truly heaven sent. She is the best PCD to me. She is very Thorough, Compassionate and Genuinely care about your well being because of her i stopped smoking. I consider her my friend and Confidant. Thank you so much Dr. Gandy😊

I switched from another primary doctor in the same practice to Dr. Gandy, and I am very happy I did. She is very attentive, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her about my medical history.

Excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

I informed this doctor that my steroid meds were causing me to be very agitated so she prescribed more steroids. I became even more agitated because of this and called her office. Her nurse was not very compassionate about my situation and I got upset. The doctor fired me because of this. The nurse should be able to handle these kinds of reactions to medications. I was sick and very fatigued which was never looked into. I had gas poisoning and could of died. Agitation is a side effect.
