From my experience and what he did to my eye, He doesn't deserve half of a star. What I heard and read about this doctor is It has the distance of heaven and earth I had the worst experience with a black lady who call herself a receptionist (VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL‼️) IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE THAT I WENT THERE‼️ I am still under the care of my regular eye doctor. I will not recommend this doctor.
WOW, what a miracle. Thank you Dr. Woodard for a life changing lens replacement. I now see perfectly! I am fairly young with blue eyes and the vision in my right eye was becoming progressively worse as a cataract was ruining my vision. Dr. Holcomb confirmed, and referred me to Dr. Woodard saying his outcomes are much better than average. With Dr. Woodard’s guidance, I selected the Toric Lens, and the laser upgrade. The surgery went great, the recovery was just a few days, and now my vision has been completely restored, probably better vision than I have ever had in my life. It's an amazing improvement and I hight recommend Dr. Woodard! I am so grateful! If you need a lens replacement, Dr. Woodard is one of the top eye surgeons in the world and we are fortunate to have him in Atlanta. With gratitude! Bill
My regular eye doctor recommended Dr. Woodard for elective lens replacement surgery. I saw Dr. Woodard for a CONSULTATION roughly a month after my annual eye exam. Initially, I was told that insurance would cover approx. half of the total cost (12k). I arrived on time, checked-in, and paid a $50 co-pay, for a CONSULTATION. First, red flag. I was then put through a battery of eye tests, all of which were done roughly a month prior. During the exams I asked if they had my chart from my eye doctor and was told no. My eye doctor had told me they would send them over prior to the CONSULTATION. Second, red flag. After nearly 2 hours, I finally reached the scheduler who told me that insurance would cover nothing related to the surgery. That conversation last approximately 1 minute and probably could have taken place over the phone. After paying for parking, I had wasted $57 and 2.5 hrs of my time for a two minute conversation that could taken place over the phone or via email.
professional, great experience, comfortable, no drops for cataract surgery, answers questions well, great staff, highly recommend.
Kind, patient, thorough, and very respectful of my concerns. An amazing surgeon too!
Savior. He saved my son from going blind in his eye
Dr Ajey is very thorough and great personality. Omni Eye was able to work me in after being referred by my eye doctor. Because one of their doctors was on vacation, there was a wait to see the Doctor. However, they had every one of their technicians and internist present to help out.
I was referred to Dr. Woodard by Dr. Voyce in Newnan, Ga. Dr. Woodard was very knowledgeable about my condition and he was very caring. I was extremity nervous when I found out I had to have eye surgery, but he thoroughly explained the procedure to me and I was confident that he would do a great job. I was right! Thank God I can see again!!!
My initial appointment took nearly three hours, with only about 10 minutes spent with the doc who was to do surgery on my eyes
Excellent customer service by Dr Woodard and whole staff .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
