Dr Richardson and his crew are the best! It's the closest to concierge medicine I have ever experienced. They are super responsive. They care. And they don't push for unnecessary or expensive procedures to line their pockets. Highly recommend.

When I first went to see Dr. Richardson after my accident I was bent over in pain. His diagnosis was accurate and his regiment worked. I started off not being able to sleep because of my pain evolving into dreaming about my next physical therapy appointment, Ha!! His staff is professional, friendly, dedicated, helpful, personal and on point. I recommend everyone go see this doctor they are awesome.

I was referred to Dr. Matthew Richardson after being in a terrible MVA. My lower back was in terrible pain and I was unable to get comfortable no matter what position I tried. I have been to his office and received neck and lumbar epidurals and I am recovering quickly and finding more comfort. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone because he is Professional, caring, compassionate, accommodating, knowledgeable, genuine and he as THE BEST bedside manner. Best office music- too cool

Dr. Richardson is always great at describing the presenting problems and offering all options for the condition. His upbeat tone really makes the patient feel like there is hope out of the pain that they are experiencing. The staff is so welcoming and are great at keeping the patient informed about their medical benefits, expected cost of the care and what the patient cost is. I think it is commendable that they are helpful across the board in helping you understand the diagnosis, treatment options, cost and insurance benefits, and follow-up phone calls to check on the patient. You don't see too many doctor's offices like this anymore.
