After I was diagnosed with melanoma and my dermatologist surgically removed it, I wanted to follow up with a specialist. My doctor recommended Dr. Kounalakis to review my records and ensure the best treatment. I was so impressed by her kind and professional manner and the wealth of information I gained during my appointment. Everyone on staff, especially the PA, was caring and helpful. I was impressed that a member of the staff followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. I left my appointment feeling hopeful and informed.

I was diagnosed with a very deadly form of cancer, it sounded pretty grim. Then I saw Dr. Kounalakis, and I had hope. She explained everything and essentially said I could best it. She did surgery, and did an excellent job. She is not only a great doctor, but a kind person that cares for her patients, you can just feel it.
