I had an appt with Dr. Michael Demo back in Sept-22 for a tooth extraction and implant. He is a great dentist and the procedure went well. But, something that didn't go well: The nurse did not use alcohol to clean my skin when drawing blood for the procedure. The end of the suction tube connecting to the spit bottle had visible pink stains. They did not use the procedure rates stipulated in the dental insurance for network providers stating that the procedure is not a covered procedure in GA and they are able to charge any rate. Since the amount for the procedure was so much higher than what we were lead to believe prior to the procedure, I have been making monthly payments to pay off my balance. Now they are refusing to send documents to my general dentist until my balance is $0. I can't believe there are medical professions operating at this level of dis-integrity.

This is a fantastic practice. Dr. Demo has helped me with two implants over the past couple of years, and the quality of the care from Dr. Demo and his team (Patti and Nicky in the surgical room, plus all the admin staff) is top-notch. My second implant was near emergency replacement of a front tooth. I was very worried about walking around with a big gap or having to use a “flapper” for weeks, but Dr. Demo was able to use some innovative techniques so provide a semi-permanent solution during

Do not go here!!! Dr. Demo has horrible bed side manner and cannot handle any patient issues. He could care less how his patients are treated or at least that’s how he makes you feel. If you want a caring staff and a dentist who will listen and care about issues find someone else.
