I absolutely love this place. Everyone was so friendly and polite. The staff is amazing. I never left a review before but they were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend.
Super nice and very helpful staff!! Thank you specifically to the man who fixed my glasses for me. Would definitely return!
Dr. did a poor exam, got prescription wrong. I had to buy another pair of glasses because of the incorrect exam.
Just had a bug stuck in my eye the doctor was awesome and the dog was awesome I didn’t want to go to er or urgent care they handled it!!!
Love this place! They have an ulta-selection of frames and the staff are like my family. They will tell you if you’re probably making a mistake with those trendy frames - or if you should go for it! And make a new statement. ❤️❤️
I absolutely LOVE everything about Midtown Eye! Amazing service, awesome selection of the latest and greatest frames. Dr. Barnes takes the best care of me and my eyes!
Howard was so helpful, patient, and persistent in getting me the perfect pair of glasses despite a few hiccups - checking the price multiple times, calling the rep when the frames appeared to be sold out, discussing contingency plans, and all with a positive attitude. I think I found my new favorite store for glasses!
Amazing experience and awesome service. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name. He is taller and white probably in his late 50’s. Nice man. Said he’s been doing it 30 years.
Dr Barnes was very dismissive about my issues that I came in there for, and I was trying not to cry, when I was paying for the service, because I'd received such great service there, when I went there prior to my LASIK surgery. Which is why I went back there, even though they're out-of-network, now, and I was constantly recommending them to others, when they were in-network. My LASIK was in 2017. I've just turned 46, and I'm having a lot of issues with LED lighting situations and electronics screens. I've also noticed a lot more eye floaters than normal over the past few months, which I repeatedly kept pressing him about, and he just kept addressing me being able to see near and far and the prescriptions for that and telling me that I could have two separate prescriptions or have them in one pair, and for some reason would dance around not saying "bifocals". The prescriptions are fairly weak and not really an issue for me, right now, and he refused to recognize the issues that I went in there for, which can be symptoms of some real problems. Now, I have to figure out where to go to get some real help, because this was a total waste of my time and money. Response... I'm not quite sure how you wasted your time, when you are the one who got paid by the customer who left in tears. FYI, there was no refund.
I decided to try out the neurolens. They let me use my own vintage frames. There was an issue at the factory and a problem. A gentleman in the frame area, Malav, helped me with the problem. He was professional, understanding, and intelligent. He handled the problem so well that he made what could have been a bad experience into a great experience - because he listened, cared, understood... and made things happen. Simple. All with a smile and good demeanor. Great job Malav. Great job Midtown for having a great staff and neurolens.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
