My first visit was wonderful, but it has been a total mess getting seen by this doctor since! I needed a refill on medication since December and it’s now February due to job restrictions we have lock out from December to February. I lucked up on a day off have today. I was late to the appointment due to construction and my appointment was cancelled. I asked to please be seen because my next time off is April of course they told me the doctor said no I needed to reschedule. My next day off is in April. I’m so disgusted because I really needed to see the doctor and I still don’t have my blood pressure medication. The attitude was like o well when I explained to the attendant my ordeal with trying to get medication. I could see this attitude at a free clinic but damn I’m a paying patient, doctors don’t care anymore, thank you Dr Chappell for your stellar service.
