Dr.Hum and her staff at the hospital are Fabulous I didnt meet her before my colonoscopy only her office to schedule my procedure. They were all very accommodating before and after my procedure. Funny and professional for having to deal with butts all day😁 Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I reviewed Dr. Hum 5 stars but forgot to include the staff and her P.A. Caroline. Wonderful staff...very nice and caring. Caroline is terrific too...very pleasant and knowledgeable. Like Dr. Hum she goes above and beyond to help her patients. She returned my calls quickly saw me right away when I was having a problem and helped me get a medication. Great doctor and team.

Dr. Hum and her staff are top notch. I have been a patient since 2013. Dr. Hum has always been thorough on every visit and has correctly diagnosed problems other doctors failed to do. I wasted my time going to local doctors so I can say seeing Dr. Hum is worth the drive. She is personable professional and explains what you need to know in everyday language you can understand. Her staff is polite caring and quickly attentive to every question I had when I contacted them after a recent surgery. I am not one to write a lot of reviews but I found Dr. Hum based on past reviews. So glad I did and I highly recommend her

I have been a patient of Dr. Hum since 2013. She and her office staff are personable professional and courteous. Occasionally I have gone to other doctors locally not wanting to make the drive to Atlanta. I went back to Dr. Hum after being misdiagnosed for an issue that required surgery. Dr. Hum explains things in everyday language you can understand. Her staff was alway concerned and quickly attentive to questions I had after surgery. I highly recommend them. Worth the drive

Dr. Hum was as wonderful as ever. She spent a lot of extra time unheard of normally discussing my medical issues and explaining my procedure and options. I wouldnt dream of going to anyone else.

Dr Monica Hum is empathetic and readily answers questions explains complications while offers solutions I had from a colon surgery by another surgeon who brushed off my questions complications as to be expected and normal while I suffer. In comparison Dr Monica Hum is truly godsend. I believe had I known about her sooner a lot of griefs suffering from my colon surgery could have been avoided.

I have been treated by Dr Hum for a persistent fistula. From my very first encounter I found her to be very focused on getting to the root of my problem and making sure it was properly treated. Her office was very prompt and professional and always received me and got me in a treatment room with very little waiting. When you are with her and her staff you feel like you are their only priority when they are with you. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed or hurried She takes the time to make you feel like she truly listens and responds to your condition and concerns. I would recommend her highly to anyone with these types of problems. I did a lot of research before choosing her. I have to travel over 100 miles one way for every visit but I have no doubt I picked the right doctor for this. Thank your Dr Hum.

I had a 1pm appointment and at 220 pm I had yet to be seen. When I told a nurse I needed to leave. Dr Hum walked out at the same time a said “yeah um sorry I had a 130 pm Telehealth. Why don’t you schedule a Telehealth appointment instead?” This is after I drove 25 minutes waited and hour and 20 min and paid for parking. There was little to no apology or correction made. I’m very disappointed in the clinic but am extremely happy I’m not having any procedures done by Dr. Hum. She was very dismissive unapologetic and didn’t make eye contact during a moment of our interaction. Not what I want in a doctor.
