I did a 21-day group cleanse with Jessica and it was a wonderful experience! She has such a great mindset when it comes to food habits and overall nutrition. I learned a lot and am continuing many of the healthy habits we cultivated during the cleanse. I would highly recommend joining her cleanses and plan to do more myself in the future!

I chose to work with Jessica, Nutritionist in Atlanta, because after reading her profile I felt she was relatable given that she had overcome a similar health challenge. Jessica proved not only to be relatable, but loving, patient, and passionate about getting me well. I was suffering immensely from a severe digestive disorder, constipation, migraines, muscle ache, stiffness, insomnia, etc. After obtaining muscle testing, I was provided with a holistic approach to getting well that involved using quality Standard Process nutritional supplements and making some dietary changes. These, coupled with Jessica’s loving support, brought wondrous improvements to my health. Migraines disappeared, digestion greatly improved, stiffness was gone, and eight hours of nightly sleep returned. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants to regain health.
