Very slow service. I mean super slow. There will be no one in the office and I’ll still have at least an hour wait. All of the nurses are older as well so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but the service is super slow.

I had such a pleasant experience at Dr. Cooks practice Every person I met was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time visiting and I was switching from another practice that was just not up to par. I felt listened to at Dr. Cooks office and I was taken seriously when it came to medical matters or concerns I brought up. Near the end of my visit I had blood worktesting done and the nurse performing that work was charismatic and gentle. I left the office incredibly happy with the experience even though seeing a new doctor is always a little scary at first. I couldnt recommend them enough 5+ STARS

Would not recommend. I have endometriosis and the only thing offered to me was hormonal suppressor. Which is in fact just a band aide to reduce pain in endometriosis not a way to really stop the growing of it. My visits were never very detailed. No more than 30 minutes which is not enough time to discuss game plans for endometriosis in detail. In fact I was told just have a baby it’ll fix endo. FALSE in some cases endo causes infertility which was my cases but was never looked into here. I finally found a specialist for endo who goes very in depth with details about endometriosis. Turns out my Fallopian tubes and ovaries were fused together along with intestine and bladder fused together. It no way in hell I would’ve got pregnant with clogged Fallopian tubes. I just wish if the knowledge was not fully there on endometriosis be honest and say you don’t have the tools need to help me instead of giving me the run around.

I am big on reviews and her positive feedback serves her justice. I absolutely love this office. Dr Cook and her entire staff are the utmost professional and caring OBGYN staff Ive encountered. I am 32 Dr Cook herself is gentle and kind very attentive and thorough caring her and her office environment are personable upbeat etc. I definitely dont see myself visiting another GYN. Great experiences to date.

I was looking for a OBGYN that I could talk to and feel comfortable with I found Dr. Cook on the internet thought I would try her out that was about 6 years ago. I see her for my weight lost and with in about 6 months I had lost 70lbs. I go to her for my Biomed pellets and my ObGyn I will would not go to any other Doctor except Dr. Cook she takes her time with you I feel I can talk to her about anything. She as done wonders for my menopause no more hot flashes. Her staff is awsome always as a smile on there face and the wait is just a few minutes. I recommend her all the time. Now I bring my 15 year old daughter she loved her.

Worst experience ever Dr. Nanette Cook is mean unprofessional inexperienced and doesnt care what happens to patients. She performed a procedure on me as she was reading the instructions Hurt me physically with the instrument used. I had to stop the procedure. No apology or nothing. The nurse assistant apologized . She had my other post deleted. I would give her a lower score than 1 if possible Also she used my coworker as a guinea pig too who went to her as well.

She has great bedside manner She tells it like it is. She did my surgery and she knew my low tolerance for pain. I hate she doesn’t deliver babies or I would never go to anyone else for the rest of my life.
