Took really great care of me & so many smiling faces! Staff was friendly and Dr. Shore was great! Glad I picked them!

My office visits with Dr. Sheldon Shore have truly been life-changing. From the moment I met his team, my experience has been nothing but exceptional. After my transplant, my previous nephrologist was not comfortable managing my diagnosis, and I was referred to Dr. Shore. From day one, he showed genuine concern not just for my condition, but for my overall health and well-being. He made me feel completely comfortable discussing all aspects of my care. His right hand, Lakeshun Smith, is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, honest, and always keeps it real. Extremely Disappointing First Visit – Will Not Be Returning I was a first-time patient at your office, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing from the moment I walked in. When I arrived, no one greeted me at the front desk. I had to call out for assistance, and when someone finally came, they were neither welcoming nor professional. It immediately set a negative tone for the visit. Once I was called to the back, I asked the nurse if it was always this loud. She casually replied, “Yes.” Throughout the hallway, I could clearly hear staff discussing personal matters at a volume that felt inappropriate for a medical setting. In the exam room, the nurse’s demeanor was cold and unfriendly. After our brief interaction, I waited for the physician, but the loud conversations continued — I could still hear her talking from the hallway while I sat alone in the room. At that point, I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I decided to end the visit before seeing the physician. I asked to speak with the office manager and left. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I will not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure future patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.

Dr. Jones is NEVER on time for my appointments with her. It really makes me angry as waiting at least an hour to even get in the patient room is totally unacceptable.

Dr. Shore is amazing. He saved my 82yo mother from out of control blood pressure in a few days. Two other doctors— a cardiologist and concierge internist MD, had been trying for six weeks. They made things worse to the point she did not want to live much longer with the pounding headaches from it being too high and lethargy with it being too low. Dr. Shore was thorough and patient and responsive since first appointment. I cannot endorse him enough!

My appointment began on time. The office is nice and clean. Dr. Bahrami has a really good bedside manner. This was my first visit and am hopeful for a wonderful, mutually respectful, patient-provider relationship.
