Terrible ever since they stopped accepting private insurance. Put me in a pickle regarding my medication after they gave me a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day supply, and they said they will only fix their mistake if I pay $150 out of pocket. What a shame. Used to be great.

Tried to schedule an appointment with Beaulieu but was told he doesn't accept insurance and it would cost $2,000 to see him. What a joke.

Great clinic with great people. Family medicine that is efficient and friendly. Dr. Nick and his staff are caring and thorough. They have handled COVID well and have responded with both tests and vaccines. Highly recommended.

I didn't get to see the Doctor, but my physical went well.

This doc helped a lot with some health issues I was going through but this last month he decides to have an office apart and charge 300 dollars to see him or be in some club( don’t fully understand it). The walk in part has a lot incompetency. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid ( among some other things and ran out of medication- was diagnosed outside of the USA). So I went in to have blood work done so that I can have my thyroid medication. A middle eastern guy takes my blood pressure and has trouble with that saying I have no blood pressure ( it’s a miracle I’m walking around!) I have had my blood drawn throuout my life by various med workers and this fellow claims he couldn’t find a vein goes out and gets a butter fly needle to stick it in my hand. He wasn’t even sure how to do that either!! Knowing that sticking a needle on top of hand will hurt worse than in the arm, I told him to forget it. A nurse came in and drew my blood flawlessly. ( and the receptionist announces to me that he’s a phlebotomist- yeah right a dummy one!) I get the results back and got my pills. 2 weeks later I had put my pills in another container and completely misplaced them so I had to go back to have a replacement done. The receptionist insists that I pay another 130. Once in the examination room I had to tell a doctor that should not be charged over getting pills replaced- receptionist reverses the charge. Then I asked them for prescription slip they say oh you’ll get it at the drugstore. I go to the drug store and they tell me they hadn’t gotten anything had to go back an insist on the prescription slip!! I have decided to change primary care this was really out of whack!!

Dr Beaulieu and his staff are amazing -- always responsive, caring, professional and friendly (a wonderful combination) and happy to spend face-to-face time to discuss your health needs and concerns. The name, Highland Urgent Care & Family Medicine, is so appropriate because they treat you like family. The level of service is outstanding and we should know, our family of four has received the best of care over many years and visited for a myriad of reasons, most recently for COVID testing. Not only did Dr Beaulieu take the time to explain the details of the testing process, he moved as quickly as humanly possible to respond to our needs in a very timely manner, no small feat given the chaos that accompanies the pandemic. He always goes above and beyond to give his patients the best of care (we have friends who are also patients and know they feel the same). Many thanks to Highland Urgent Care and Family Medicine.

Dr. Nick is an outstanding physician. He is extremely knowledgeable & I always leave his office feeling motivated and educated about my health. I have hashimotos & since going to Dr. Nick my autoimmune has almost went into remission. Dr. Nick is truly an incredible practitioner!

Dr Nick Beaulieu is one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have worked with. I always tell people "I learned more from Dr Nick about my health in just my initial visit than I ever had before in my life." He is very well educated, great bedside manner, enjoyable to talk to, takes his time with you, and makes complicated health issues feel manageable. He gives you actionable "homework" and helps you take ownership of your personal health journey. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Unable to schedule an appointment. The front desk workers advised to schedule online and did not offer to schedule over the phone. I will not see this provider because of this.

I first visited Dr. Beaulieu 10 years. I love the service, the compassion and how easy it is to get in for a visit.
