A few years ago, when my previous neurologist retired, I needed to find a new doctor. After having a horrible experience with the first new doctor I went to, I was so relieved when I got a referral to see Dr. Albin at NAPS. He is wonderful, and beyond that, he has the best staff. They always follow through. My prescriptions, which are complicated, are sent to my pharmacy quickly and correctly (thank you Elizabeth), and whenever I need special paperwork filled out, all of the details are taken care of (Stephanie, you rock!). The communication in this office is exceptional.

Walked out of the office at 10:50am because I had a 10:00am appointment and I was still waiting in the reception area. I don’t work with doctors who can’t respect a person’s time.Oh, and they also don’t validate parking. How greedy do you have to be to charge outrageous prices for health care, and still stick it to your patients for parking?

Dr Callahan is great! He takes all the time you need and explains everything thoroughly. I required a CPAP, the provider he recommended was very affordable on my insurance plan. My only suggestion would be to not do home sleep study as my insurance required me to do at their sleep study facility.

Caution, In November of 2016 I had an appointment to discus the new accessories they had to go with a machine I purchase 4 years ago when I did my sleep study. No test were given and we checked intodoing another sleep study, which I decided not to do because of cost.I received my insurance statement on Christmas Eve and saw that Iwas charged 511.00 for an office visit, REALLY!. The insurance did notpay because I had not reach some deductible, but they said the highestthey could charge was 273.19, REALLY. For a simple information factfinding appointment this ends up being the charge. People, don't bestupid like I was, ask before you go in. This makes the whole Sleepapnea disorder seem more like a scam than a problem. I know it is not,I have several friends with the disorder, I will be visiting there Pulmonologist.
