Amazing staff and nurses!! They were all so nice and knowledgeable and made my visit better.

Horrible experience. Visit took over 3 hours and 4 hours later my prescriptions have still not been called into the pharmacy. Do NOT come here unless you want your time wasted and your illness not treated.

The website allows you to save your spot however it is FALSE advertising. I made an appointment for 1230pm. I received a text said to arrive 15 minutes prior. Once I arrived received another text they were 21 minutes behind. I checked in and waited an additional 2 hours. I finally left as I needed to get my children. The manager informed me that the save your spot is not really an appointment or time save. It really is just to get you in the door. I drove past several urgent cares to come here since a spot was "saved" per the website and email confirmation. Come only if you can wait and be not fooled by the false advertising of save spot or appointment.

Experience was ok took awhile to be seen but that didn’t bother me what bothered me was my after care , I kept having to call to get my throat swab results. No one picks up the nurse line, or calls back after leaving messages. It’s Really bad , esp if a patient wants to speak about side effects from an antibiotic prescribed to them while not even knowing if I should be on antibiotics due to NO ONE CALLING me back with my results. Also, front desk lady was SO rude , I mentioned how no one picks up or calls back. Her response “ lady I just work at the front desk , I don’t know what to tell ya” like really lol? At least be polite. Just horrible.

Such rude, unhelpful and condescending staff. Extremely unprofessional and unconcerned with any level of patient care.

Experience here has been good and that’s multiple visits with several members of the family.

Nice a quite very nice staff

I came for a wrist x-ray. It took an hour for them to process me in (despite not a single other person in line before me), only for them to tell me the x-ray machine was broken and I’d have to drive myself to the ER. Pain is much worse now, and I still don’t know if my wrist is broken. Avoid this place at all costs.

I am flabbergasted by the level of incompetence at this facility. Urgent care may be in their title, but they treat their patients with no urgency whatsoever. I had a bad, deep cut, but even with no other patients in the waiting room, it still took over 2 hours for me to be treated. When I finally was treated, the care I received was subpar at best. My laceration required 5 stitches, but only 2 of the five sutures actually connected both sides of the cut. As you'll see in the photo, 3 sutures are only on one side of the laceration, making them utterly ineffective and useless. I'm going to have to go to a different doctor to have them done properly. To make matters worse, they didn't properly numb the area, so I felt every stitch going in and the procedure was extremely painful. Also, the staff person in the waiting room who checked me in and took my paperwork was NOT wearing a mask, nor was their a plexiglass divider between us. No precaution for covid whatsoever. When I filled in my check in paperwork, I gave them my preferred pharmacy, complete with address and phone number. Yet they sent my prescription to a pharmacy in New Orleans! How is that even possible? It's as if they're purposefully trying to find new ways to fail. This Northside location was reckless, provided inadequate care, and was horribly inefficient with their time. I endured terrible pain, and now am in the predicament of finding someone else to compete the procedure all over again correctly. I will avoid this location at all costs.
