DO NOT SEE THIS PRACTICE. I have been trying to pay a bill that was filed incorrectly since November of 2023. When I finally received a bill that had been filed correctly (June 2024) I was unable to pay it because it had been sent to collections. When I called to try and speak with someone they hung up on me. They do not conduct business in an organized or ethical manner and provide no patient care. Save yourself the trouble and absolutely go elsewhere!

they didn't ask for my insurance at the time of the appointment and now I'm left having to pay $505.

They keep sending us the same bill that we have already paid. We call, they say it's taken care of but next month the bill arrives again. When you log in it says Zero balance. Very frustrating.

Doctors are fine. Professionalism of staff highly questionable. For the second time staff was late (more than an hour) to do their job. Making the rest of us have to wait on them for hours as they then get backed up - because you cannot leave without paying for parking in full again (there is no hourly parking). I would not voluntarily choose care here ever again. Look elsewhere.

They used to be great and attentive. It appears that this practice has made some changes and not for the better. They no longer remind you of upcoming appointments or call with test results. Further, you can no longer reach anyone directly. I do not recommend them if given a choice

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OR DOCTORS!!!! My doctor was in-network and the group was out-of-network. What? No one in the office told me this and now I am stuck with bills. The billing department was supposed to review all of this and never got back to me and they did not do so. They have been impossible to deal with this issue. I started getting bills while dealing with COVID and in the hospital and now they are starting to send these bills to collections. REALLY!!!! You have been WARNED....DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OR DOCTORS!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I only put 1 star because they won't let you leave a zero star review!
