Doesn’t care, his goal is to sent you home regardless of patient condition. My husband was told by dr Alese, that in “ his professional opinion he is ready to be discharged “ . I objected.Day after my husband develops fever, two days after chills and fever and due to the non treatment of fluid buildup(no explanation from dr A why)that reached to his lungs in a care of dr. Alese , ended up back in ICU due to short breaths, cod med was called. After 2 days in ICU,in stable condition, my husband was told next morning by same dr that” rehab it’s not option anymore since you can’t do 4 hours of vigorous exercise “ and also “ I’m not your oncologist but you’re aware that you have pancreatic cancer so next step is hospice “ If this helps anyone else to get care that they should receive for their sick loved ones, I’m glad and wishing you the best. I’m sad that this was unnecessary added to our already stressful situation and that we, family, need to be advocates for our sick family.
