My mother was seen at Emory for a broken hip. Patricia tried to force my mom to have surgery before speaking to a specialist, Dr. Roberson, who said that my mother shouldn’t have the surgery due to previous injuries and to see how it heals. Patricia talked down to my 67 years old mom, and refuse to listen to my mom. My mom voiced to her and several nurses that her head hurt and she haven’t been able to urinate. I had to inform Patricia that I will be making a complaint about how horrible bedsides manners and a unprofessionalism. At that point she sent a urologist to see my mom. Patricia refuse to give my mom a letter to take to her work placing stating Dr. Roberson orders for my mom to stay off her leg. She discharged my mom with a few days of pain medicines. Needless to say that my mom is in pain. I contacted the patient advocate department five days ago and haven’t heard from them.

Great doctor! She is very compassionate and possesses healing hands to make you feel better whenever she touches you. She's the best!
