My experience with Dr. Paul Jeffords and his staff was fantastic. Every member of his team that I dealt with from before during and after my microdiscectomey surgery were professional courteous and extremely helpful. Shelby Devaney answered all my questions and Dr. Jeffords put me at ease prior to the procedure. Not only all this but my back was 100% better immediately after my surgery. I highly recommend this Doctor and his team.

After pursuing many alternatives with no results I was referred to Dr Jeffords and wished I had called him sooner than suffering with back pain for the last 2 years. I was so hunched over and in pain 247. My surgery was a huge success with the pain gone and now I can stand and walk without pain. Thank you Dr Jeffords for restoring my quality of life. I will be eternally grateful.

How can anyone give Dr. Jeffirds a good review? He operated on me in 2010 and my life was ruined. I was so injured from his surgery that it took 3 more major surgeries make me look normal. But I was never normal again.

This doctor is the worst. If he is not going to make a buck of your back with sham surgery he will shuffle you around to his PAs and pain doctors for narcotics. He has an EGO bigger than Donald Trump himself. Stay away from this racist dismissive doctor.

Im not sure if Dr. Jeffords was just too busy but our visits have always been rushed with too much paperwork leaving me more confused than before. I will seek care elsewhere.

This guy spends more time offering more surgery than actually listening to my persistent complaints after my failed neck surgery. Ill be going elsewhere.

If you are interested in a doctor who spends more time hanging pictures of himself on the walls and printing out pictures of himself for you than actually reviewing your studies or options then Dr. Jeffords is the guy for you.

Make sure your doctors understand the Hippocratic oath. Dr. Jefferds was dismissive patronizing and didn’t address any issues regarding my care. He didn’t even bother with a physical exam nor did he review the MRI and Xrays with me. He lacked basic social skills and had a bedside manner that would make a serial killer seem kind. This is after my original orthopedist just disappeared from the practice. I’m left to assume it’s because of his peers and they’re overall attitude and insufferable egotistical preening. I will make sure EVERYONE I know never goes to resurgens. They’d likely get better care from a veterinarian. Dr. Jefferds had not even bothered to review my case history and contradicted both his PA Dr. Kancherla who left and you all did not even bother to notify his patients and a top Nuerologist and Nuerospinal surgeon in the country. I was also discriminated against based on my gender and LGBTQI+ status.
