Too many billing issues and lots of steps to make an appointment with your doctor. By doctor is very competent but too much effort to deal with insurance appeals, overcharged bills etc.

DO NOT RECCOMEND. I had a doctor at POC, saw him in February. Now it's April and the day before my appointment I am told by voicemail they no longer accept my insurance. And when I finally got someone on the phone (that took all day and many calls), no explanation, no apology, no offer to help. So either pay full freight or find a new doctor. If this is how POC treats it's patients I am finding a new doctor. This is shameful.

Had a terrible experience with Jeff Clement at Peachtree Ortho PT at Piedmont.  He seemed more interested in joking with his colleagues than helping me.  He was downright rude.  But more importantly, the exercises he gave me made everything worse.  I only went twice thankfully, but he made everything worse.  I go to another PT group now, and it's like night and day.  I have learned that the MD practice is not affiliated with the PT group--so you don't have to see the PTs there.  And whatever you do, don't see Jeff.

Dr . Thomas is excellent surgeon. The group works like a well oiled machine. They explain everything before it happens. The follow up is excellent.

Doctor's visit was fine but PHYSICAL THERAPY AT PIEDMONT LOCATION WAS AWFUL.  Jeff was inattentive and disinterested.  Most of the time he had his back to me.  He was dismissive of my questions and my concerns.  Thankfully, I've found a better place.  DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After breaking a toe and being referred from urgent care, I had a good experience at Peachtree Ortho with Dr. Lahiji. I called and had no issue getting a same day appointment. The intake process was fairly quick and painless including filling out just a few new patient forms. Before I was done, I was being taken back to an exam room by nursing. Within 5 minutes, they took new images of my injury and I then waited less than another 5 minutes to see Dr. Lahiji. While not overly friendly/charismatic, he was courteous, professional, and clear in his explanation of my injury and the management. He was even kind enough to print out my X-ray to demonstrate exactly what he was describing. His nurse was kind and helpful in showing me how to tape my injury at home before I left. I spent 45 minutes there from parking to driving out of the garage. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on such short notice.

Stay Away! Bureaucratic Nightmare!  Will not inform you ahead of time what documentation/referrals are needed.  They refused to take any paperwork I provided (after being asked).  Was treated with rudeness and incompetency.  The organization could not answer questions my insurance was asking for me to see the doctor.  Waited 1.5hrs to be turned away and asked to re-schedule due to the office's negligence. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this organization.  They do not want to treat patients and serve people first.  They are only looking to collect payments.

doctors good but trying to get any records on the Pt portal is a not friendly. Always get a hard copy with your visits.... I need help after wasting four hours trying to get a report...

I came here as a second opinion from a provider that did not have great bedside service. This office was a totally different experience from getting scheduled to seeing a provider and getting an injection for lower back pain it was amazing. Dr. Chang, Meredith PA, the office assistance, and the nurses at the injection center were all super amazing and I would recommend this practice to anyone really great experience!!!
