Peachtree Orthopedics's Online Review Report Card

I typically go to Peachtree Orthopedics in East Cobb. I hurt my knee and needed urgent service and could only get into this facility same day. I could not see a doctor and saw a PA instead Carrie Goslin. An X-ray was taken and there were no broken bones. I was referred to a Physical Therapist and Carrie suggested I wear a knee sleeve. She said it may not be covered by insurance and said it would probably be around $65 if not. I was fine with that and took it. Imagine my surprise when they sent a bill for $136. After repeated attempts to contact the office I have received no response from them. I will go back to East Cobb, but never to this office again.

After researching multiple surgeons for my medical issue I selected Dr. Carreira, and I have no doubt I make the correct choice. He has taken his time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Carreira should you have need for his area of expertise.

I saw Dr. Carreira and he was wonderful! Before seeing him I had a very frustrating experience with a different practice dismissing my pain. I was told nothing was wrong. I got in contact with Dr. Carreira and he diagnosed me with a stress fracture. I felt like he actually listened to me and wanted to help create a treatment plan. He also helped pinpoint the reason I was injured to help prevent getting another stress fracture in the future. I am SO glad I switched to Peachtree Orthopedics. Highly recommend this practice.

I felt extremely cared for and got the answers I needed. Dr. Carreira took his time explaining everything that I needed done to get my hip fixed. I feel confident in him and his team preforming my surgery in a couple months.

My 80 year old Mom fell and suffered fractured ribs. Eventhough we had to go to the hospital for a final diagnosis, Dr. Griffin did not forget us. Amazingly, she just call me to check on Mom. You just don't see that type of care these days. She will always be a five star in our eyes.

The medical staff and post-op physicians are excellent!The current front office staff is extremely discourteous and unhelpful.

My wife had rotator cuff surgery on her left than right shoulder over the last 4 years by Doctor Kercher.Both went very well and she has 100% use of both shoulders with"0'pain or mobility restrictions today.When I started having issues with my left shoulder(two former surgeries many years ago),I decided to get his advise.Boy was that the right decision.After he studied the MRI and found the problem he was confident he could improve my discomfort level and mobility.Six weeks out from surgery I could not be more pleased,my shoulder feels better than it has in 15 years.Already back on my bike and light stuff in the gym.Mid Summer I should be 100%.Dr Kercher's teams at the Surgery Center and West Paces are outstanding in Patient care and professionalism .Anyone needing advise and help with a shoulder problem would be well served to give them a visit...Doctor Kercher gets a 10+

Great facility. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr Carreria was so nice and informative and put our minds at ease. Totally recommend this place if you need an ortho.

Why do patients have to wait outside the cold because there is a so call no wait policy that is not listed no where in the building or on the doors like the wearing mask paper. This Uncle Tom security officer gone tell me and another lady of color that we can’t wait in the lobby in the waiting area but when the white lady is standing in the same area we were for 10 mins he looks at her doesn’t say anything until I said I thought there was a no wait policy then he says something to her. So if there is a such policy why isn’t it listed on the website or the doors
