List of Peachtree Orthopedics's Reviews
They do not hold themselves accountable. They misquoted me for an MRI and now I am paying double. They continue to talk over me and blame me. I understand I have to pay my deductible first, I am an insurance agent, but quoting me an amount and the AFTER the fact saying that was the amount if I had met my deductible...are you kidding me? That is information that should be disclosed. I might as well not have been told a price to make my decision at all. I am not returning. I do not recommend.
My hand was vas very broken. Not many doctors could had the same surgery results as The highly skilled Doctor whom performed my surgery. The nurses as well are very experienced! & the staff was very professional.I can only that it had been a pleasant experience!!Thank you Dr. Murray for fixing my arm & nurses Caroline, & Tammy for all your follow ups! It was a pleasure.
I am not sure who deleted my review, so I believe I need to make sure every one especially the new patients hear my story. I visited Peachtree Orthopedics in April as I hurt my tailbone. I did my research before I came to the practice and I knew there is no treatment for tailbone injury. I just need an x-ray to examine the area and the doctor sent me a surprising BIG bill (excluding x-ray charges). I am not sure what services have been provided for just 2-min discussion and I called the billing department to clarify. After I posted my review here, they called me and told me that the rate was for the new patient no matter what. So if you are a new patient in the neighborhood, please read every single review from all the rating platforms and make sure that you understand your charges before starting any treatment with this practice.
Saw Dr Griffin for serious work injury. Two torn Meniscus. After physical therapy reevaluated for Total right knee replacement and recommended me to Dr. Gupta. After examining my knee and also the serious pain I had in my hip Dr. Gupta recommended that I get the hip operation first then the knee operation. For both operations everyone from Peachtree orthopedic Office staff Kelly Tesler my case nurse that the scheduling case nurse Renice Dr. Gupta‘s assistant we’re all very caring listened and my operations went flawlessly and them recovered from both operations. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff at Peachtree
Not recommended and I suggest you go elsewhere. They were terrible to deal with and I am glad I went to another orthopedic firm as they misdiagnosed my issue. They also have poor client service and follow up. For example, you get an MRI and you have to call them to get the results and schedule the follow up. It’s a numbers factory and they act like they are doing you a favor by treating you. Same with physical therapy. There is not good client service. Even if you leave a detailed message, you get just a generic voicemail call back in a couple of days. I suggest they develop some new guiding client oriented principles and start showing some passion about their work and their follow up with clients. The doctors, office manager and staff need a wake up call.
Never been to an office that constantly runs this behind schedule they could careless about their patients schedules. They constantly have you waiting over an hour before they even bring you back. Last appointment I was there over 3 hours for a 15 minute visit and this time I left before seeing the doctors after sitting in the waiting room an hour before being told it would be at minimum 45 more minutes before being seen. Let’s not forget about the outrageous parking costs so I left without being seen but still had to pay for parking.
POC @ Northside is fabulous in knowledge and diagnosis. Sorry that I fell, glad to connect with POC!
I just had my last visit with Dr Reddy and I am going to miss him and his staff. He repaired a tear in my rotator cuff and I couldn’t feel better. He is a TOP NOTCH orthopedic surgeon.. Simply the BEST!His staff... Kristen Bohrer (PA) and Melinda (nurse) work well well with him as a team.. they are caring, sympathetic, and make you simply feel at ease during your visits..Can’t forget to acknowledge Jamonica at the check in desk..every time I came in, I was greeted by my name in a very sincere and warm way! it made me feel very welcomed..HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dr. Obi Ugwonali is the best hands down! Wouldn’t have allowed anyone else to complete my surgery. I had carpal tunnel and cubical tunnel surgery on both arms. With having a great experienced surgeon, eating healthy, and exercising frequently I am having an awesome speedy recovery.
Dr. Pollydore isn't friendly, nor does he seem knowledgeable. He leaves the room and plays a video for you to explain a diagnosis or proposed treatment plan, and then bills insurance as if he actually used any skills to interact with you. The wait time is always an hour ish, regardless of your appointment time. They never acknowledge the delay. After my first appointment, medications were called into my pharmacy that I'm allergic to. Luckily my pharmacist caught in. There was no reason for that to happen since I both included my allergies in paperwork AND went over them with the nurse. After one procedure didn't work, Dr. Pollydore was disinterested in explaining why that may have been the case, and displayed no sympathy for my continued pain. He just showed me a video about another procedure, walked out of the room, and never returned.Based on reviews alone I'd never have come here if my chiropractor hadn't specially suggested Dr. P . I'm now seeing Dr. Randy Katz at Emory Orthopedic and am very pleased with how I've been treated by him and his superiorly efficient, courteous staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
