I will give an honest review. I had my surgery one year ago and yes it was difficult to reach the office staff. I really pushed through and I'm glad that I choose this location. Dr. Duncan has a Saturday seminar that was absolutely essential to helping me to not regain the weight. I lost 108lbs with gastric sleeve and kept it off for one year so far. I went from size xxl to small. I had no complications and I'm really happy with the improvement with my health. I think weight loss is a mental process and we cannot allow small barriers (customer service issues) to stop a necessary change for your life. The office customer service is not perfect but the results were phenomenal. Honestly, if not for the telephone issues I would have given them 5 stars.

Charging a fee to access information denies the legal right to information as an act of classism. hhs.gov/hipaa/for-profes…. Every travel agent, and hotelier knows how to format third party billing. How does a medical office not know how to do this? Health Savings Accounts require itemized billing. Why can't they list what they are charging for on their billing statements? It seems shady at best, unprofessional to say the least. "Do you need itemized receipts for HSA? Participants and their other eligible users should always save itemized receipts for HSA, FSA and HRA-eligible purchases made with the benefit card. You may be asked to submit receipts to verify that your expenses comply with IRS guidelines." It's really not hard to google industry standards. How can a business fall this far below standard and continue operations?

My wife has started treatment here and is just getting jerked around. She's called repeatedly for billing details and has been told repeatedly that billing would call us, and they haven't. She gets scheduled with a nutritionist and shows up to find the facilities closed and told that its a virtual appointment she never received a link to. then she reschedules the virtual appointment and they never send her the link again. 95% incompetent. I don't know how they make money. Don't waste your time. We're gonna have to pay somebody else to do all the stuff we already paid these fools to do.

Terrible service. My wife started services here, but they stopped responding. Their phone goes constantly to voicemail, we ask about billing and they promise to get back to us and don’t. They schedule virtual appointments but don’t send links to attend. We’re going to have to repeat all of the tests we’ve done with another Bariatrics company and pay for them again because they’ve hung us out to dry. Even if they did respond to this, we can’t trust after another 5 months of counseling that they won’t drop the ball and force us to start over again with someone else.

I can't say enough about my disappointment in this place! I had such high hopes when I had my first appointment there. But not being able to get a person to answer or return my call not ONE SINGLE TIME in the 4 months I have been there is a testimony of how incredibly unorganized the office and staff is. At this point, I am not sure I am comfortable pursuing a surgury with them. I have yet to see the Dr. They are incredibly unprofessional. What office can't answer a phone call? I have never encountered anything like this in my 43 years of life. This is just tacky and unacceptable. This is my life and they don't seem to care.
