Great experience from start to end, thank you people for the hospitality. That's how it should be.

I had a surgery at 7:30 am and had to be there at 6:15am. The staff was AMAZING. They were bright and cheery even before the sun was up!

I had the most positive experience for my cystectomy this past week. From the beginning of the day to the end. My pre-op nurse Christie definitely made me feel better about not being able to bring in family due to COVID, she even said she would be my family for the day. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Dowling, definitely went the extra mile to make the patient feel more comfortable; had told him my interest in Med School and showed me pictures of one of his past cases. Amber, my post-op nurse, helped me through the toughest part of the day. I felt as if I had known her for awhile. She’s a beautiful soul! Overall, this made a bad day not so horrible after all. I highly recommend Perimeter Surgery Center.

Tresa, Danielle and, Derrick. Gotta say i usually wouldn’t be comfortable waking up around strangers but these three made the end process fast, painless and easy to get along. It was New York speed with Southern comfort. Best of both worlds. Great folks.

What wonderful people to encounter regarding my surgery. The very special lady who checked me in.... so kind, all smiles, so helpful. The nurses who got me set up pre-op, so happy, so kind, so funny..... no stress before surgery. The anesthesiologist was very good ( we chatted about college football). The surgical nurses were just wonderful. In a day when customer service sucks so bad..... these people so clearly get it and more importantly, they clearly love what they do. It is not a job for them..... it is a career/life style. Forget the hospitals.... use this place for your next "out-patient" surgery. Plus you will save ton of money!!!!!

I had outpatient surgery at Perimeter Surgery Center of Atlanta on 7/12/19. Their system is very efficient without sacrificing patient attention. My "team" consisted of eight or nine healthcare providers. All of them, with maybe the exception of one, were very friendly and helpful. I was in recovery longer than expected, but I had the best post-op nurse EVER. If you get Derrick as your nurse, count your lucky stars! He was the best!

Every single person was so kind. The office was immaculate. My surgery went well and I felt very taken care of. Nothing but excellence at Perimeter Surgery Center!

While my experience with the Doctor and clinical staff was wonderful, this center is very shady on billing practices. There is always an "overage" of time in the OR, and you get 3 different answers if you reach three different people in billing as to the details on the extra time.

Before writing my opinion, I should add that sometimes the address for this place will also show up as 1140 Hammond Dr. The center is located towards the back of an office park. Lots of construction is going on in this area, so a bit tough to navigate. If you do go, leave plenty of time.So, while that is going on, this place is actually really great. Don't let the construction confusion steer you away. Having outpatient surgery is not enjoyable; however, the staff here is AMAZING! They have an excellent bedside manner. EVERYONE is incredibly sweet and did their best to make me feel comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a kinder staff!While some might think that an outpatient surgery center does not have the prestige of a hospital or "the best", really, I feel I fared just as well if not better here during my procedure. This center is not as burdened as a crowded hectic hospital, so it was more relaxing and I felt I more attended to. This staff is VERY dedicated to their patients! In case of complications, the center is located near the pill hill hospitals, and they were happy to make arrangements beforehand to make sure to take me to one nearby where my insurance was accepted, should complications arise. Fortunately, everything could not have gone better!As far as the center itself, the place was VERY clean. It is smaller than a hospital; however, when dealing with a medical procedure, I find this can be helpful in regards to stress for the patient. It's more relaxing and quieter.Before my procedure, I did call the center. The staff was very helpful on the phone in answering my questions, such as insurance and directions, and had excellent phone manners.

The staff at Perimeter Surgery Center are friendly & professional. They made my time there very comfortable.
