I obtained my membership at the Green Valley, Las Vegas location and I was thrilled to know that my membership works nationwide. Upon arrival, the team was ready to receive my husband & I. Our room was clean & the eucalyptus cold towels are an absolute plus!! So glad I purchased the membership. This has definitely become a part of my monthly wellness care system. Thank you VA-Highland location!! You all are awesome!

I absolutely love the experience and the staff at Perspire - Virginia Highlands! Every visit is a treat, thanks to the friendly and professional team who always make me feel welcome. The facilities are top-notch, providing a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed! I highly recommend Perspire to all my friends and family for an exceptional wellness experience.

The studio manager Alec was well prepared and extremely informative. Everything was clean and well maintained and parking was easy. As a personal trainer I loved that they also had dumbbells available for those wanting to do light strength training inside of the sauna, as well as the ability to remove the bench and pull in a yoga mat. Highly recommend.

Red light therapy was recommended to me by my doctor for my injured shoulder. My first experience was yesterday, and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm hoping to see some positive results soon.

All of the rooms are always so clean, the staff is always so friendly and accommodating, and sauna experience is a sensational. Venita, Dakota, and Alec are the best!

It was my first time. I enjoyed it, and I'm yet learning its effectiveness. I'm going back, I noticed my energy level has increased. It's 5 days later, and I'm still energized.

Super nice people work there but the facility is tired looking. The doors into Saunas smash fingers, some of the Sauna heaters don't hurt. The app they have to reserve is worthless. Better to use the website to reserve and getting a reservation same day is pretty difficult, much less find parking. It just needs ownership to re-invest into the facilities. It's a popular spot so there's not much they can do for reservations. Just hard to get in there same day. They're usually booked.
