I underwent an orthopedic procedure with this anesthesia group. My anesthesiologist and anesthetist were great! They did a wonderful job of making me feel safe and worry free. My anesthesiologist performed an excellent nerve block before my procedure that must have done wonders for my pain, because I woke up with very minimal discomfort. So thankful for this team of medical professionals who helped my mother in law with two knee replacement surgeries. They were very thorough from pre op all the way to making sure me and my husband were well informed with what was going on with the surgery and afterwards! To any Potential Patient, I recently had my knee replaced and this group handled the Anesthesia element. They were all incredible!!! From the very beginning, they articulated each and every step that was about to happen and what I might expect and should feel. The doctor came in early to introduce himself to me and my wife and allay any concerns that we have. Everything happened exactly as they told me. They did a perfect job in communication and execution and made us feel so comfortable about the entire process. The lady who answered the phone at the billing office was very rude and accusatory when I was making a simple request for my information. Called to try and retrieve my information to pay off the remainder of my bill, which is only provided via mail. She provided me my information and was quick to hang up on me.

The girls that working in the billing office are all lazy, idiots. I had paid a bill twice, as they didn't process the first payment. It took me 2 months, and 4 phone calls before anybody would help me. Terrible customer service.

My husband recently had heart surgery at St. Josephs Hospital, Atlanta, GA. All services provided to him were great and the ICU care was excellent. The physicians who performed anesthesia procedure were excellent and made him feel at ease. I would say that the whole experience was good and I believe that my health insurance company settled all charges without any question. I would recommend, should one need, to have services of Physician Specialists in Anesthesia team.

I had a horrible experience with a breathing tube they inserted. They bruised my larynx and I could barely talk for five days after surgery. I've had a number of surgery's over the years, with at worst a sore throat. The tech I had definitely needs more training.
