This place doesn't often free mammogram test. Only interested in the money.

It was my first time having a breast biopsy. Everyone (staff) was great. Respectful, compassionate, and friendly. Walked me through my whole procedure and they made me feel comfortable. 👍🏽👍🏽

the doctor was late, there was poor communication between staff and patients and the staff was very insensitive, I will not be returning for follow up appointments.

I have been using this facility for years. Today's experience was horrible. The staff was very cold. They were running at least 45 minutes behind. I was called just as I was about to dress and leave. The imaging was done in 5 minutes. I barely made it to my next appointment. This is extremely inconsiderate of the patients' time. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I will find a new location for my mammogram. I will not return here.

Someone in the records department of Doris Shaheen Breast Health Center mailed me copies of another patients records. I am not a patient there and have no idea how they got my address! I have tried everyway possible to contact someone to let them know and no one will answer the phone or if they will answer and hang up. If you awaiting records, I will be praying for you. I will open your records and try to contact this person. Maybe you should search for another center!

I have been very pleased with all procedures and treatments at the Doris Shaheen Breast Health Center. The staff are wonderful and very caring.

I will never use Piedmont Healthcare again. I have been SEVERELY overcharged and no one will help me. I was referred for mammography services by my doctor. I was given a $960 charge for a one sided ultrasound that was easily only 5-10 min long. I was not given any warning about cost and Piedmont refuses to negotiate the bill at all. I was also charged additional fees from the radiologist to read this which amounted to another almost $200. My doctor’s office told me not to worry that ultrasounds are not expensive. I went into this expecting a fee I agreed to and came away with a much higher number. Be very wary and make sure to have ALL estimates in writing. This company got me in the door with an estimate I agreed to and then hit me with another $1100 in charges for a total of over $1500! It’s hours on the phone. No responsibility for giving the patient an inaccurate prediction of cost and no willingness to negotiate an exorbitant fee for a simple procedure after an incorrect estimate. If I had been leveled with at the beginning I would have gone to a facility that offers these same services for a fair price. I will never use a Piedmont faculty again willingly. This is one big reason why many people have lost trust in the medical establishment. At this healthcare “business” they don’t care about you and your health care at all.

I would not recommend this place for a mammogram. The Doris shaheen breast health center should be ashamed of themselves. I am a high risk patient and have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my mammogram results. I have called my doctor and they said my results are showing as pending. I tried calling the office and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. This place is supposed to be saving lives not killing them. I have been so incredibly anxious and upset the past few weeks while waiting on my results. Do not go here!! I would give negative stars if I could.

Beware! Dr. Purna Sharma is incredibly rude. Upon walking in the room she stated “Wow, your case is a disaster.” I spoke with the office manager to address my concern and it was like talking to a robot. No empathy whatsoever. I will never return to this facility.

Worst experience ever! Even my GYN said they too have so many problems with this facility trying to get records or to contact someone for questions. They just don't care. My GYN and I have tried for 9 days now to get the results of my mammogram and bone density tests. Still haven't gotten them and no one will call either of us back.
