Terrible experience. I am in the hospital for a partial nephrectomy. Some of the staff, Yolanda in specific are rude and nasty she was three hours late bringing my medication. Then the second time she came I had a wuesrion to ask her and she cut me off and said 3 more minutes jessica and walked away and did not return for 45 minutes. I got yelled at like a child for taking myself to the restroom. I asked her if she could help me get on to the bed and she gave me attitude and was very mean and nasty. Then when I asked for he rto bring another nurse because she had an attitude she and "I dont have an attitude and I get paid whether you're here or not so you can just go on and leave if you don't like ot" I was already in tears from the pain and but this sent me over. I tried to leave and one of her cohorts that works as a secretary was gossiping with her and then stopped me and told me she would ge try discharge papers. Moments later she was laughing and skippingthrough the hall. I feel so disrespected and scared to be treated here. Dr. Langani was an excellent doctor its a saw some of his staffemeber sar who abusive!!

I had a very pleasant experience from the waiting rm staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, stimulator tech and Dr. Xu! Everyone was very friendly and answer ALL my questions. The facility is immaculate. Thank you.

WORSE hospital EVER!! The third shift staff on the 5th floor should find work they enjoy. Assisting patients and showing genuine care for people is not it. First shift was awesome. The patient education stations should be used to train the 5th floor third shift staff that they are there to care for the patients and not the paychecks.

The front waiting room staff are very friendly and completely accommodating! They will give you periodic checks on your family members even when you did not ask. The surgical staff showed my wife plenty of attention and did a great job in easing any pre-surgery jitters. I was pleased with the day's events.
