Clean office. Friendly staff. Very thorough visit. Very knowledgeable doctors. AWESOME lab team (they got blood of the very first stick which is VERY rare for me) However, the visit was a lot longer than I expected. They could definitely work on their timing. And I hate the paid parking (only $5) otherwise very awesome place.

Dr. Shams takes her time to explain and makes the complete process as easy as possible for my 93 year old client. Kelly, Dr. Shams' scheduler is amazing. She takes pride in helping ...she actually cares !!!

Dr. Shams was thorough and took time to hear my complaint and investigate the issue. She answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism and took steps to get additional answers for me. Thank you, Dr. Shams! Her assistant was also pleasant and professional, as were the nurses and reception desk. All around a comfortable environment where I felt heard and respected.
