This was my first time as an Orthopedics patient. This was one of my best experiences I have had at a doctors office. From the front line staff to support staff everyone was professional, compassionate, patient and all-around great people. Dr. Rodriguez-Del Rio immediately put me at easy despite a very painful procedure. Moreover, they were on time and did a great job of explaining the procedures. Two-thumbs-up for the team at this location!

I was very pleased with my visit with Matthew Sartorio he is great. And took his time to listen and figure out what's best.The entire staff was very professional from the minute I walked in the door with the check in staff to the nurse and xray team. Keep up the good work.

Wait time was minimal. Everyone I was in contact with was professional and courteous. I have been a patient for many years and have had excellent care consistently.

Parking is expensive, but the doctors here are so nice and understanding. I personally cant stand or sit... at all. They rushed me back and let me lay on a bed while i waited. This is my second back surgery, and this time around, i really got the best help possible.

Very disappointed in trying to get an appointment with Piedmont West MRI Department. Called serval times to only receive a voice mail. They WILL NOT return a call.Note: This has nothing to do with the "Call Center's Appointment Operator's" …. They seem frustrated with this Department as well. This is the team onsite.Horrible service for those of us who have health care needs.All other Piedmont West departments have been great; however, the Piedmont West MRI team is terribly lacking in customer service.

I was hesitant about going to the Dr.Mathers. staff and MD were friendly, and Dr. Mathers was very informative, even though I have to go to another doctor, I was pleased with my visit.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mathers was fabulous. He listened to my daughter and then explained his diagnosis to her. Hopefully we will not need to return but if we need an orthopedic doctor in the future we will definitely be returning here!

After two surgeries last year, right knee and right shoulder, I was released today. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Johnston and Stephanie. They are both caring, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly for any orthopaedic issue. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This has been a great experience.

I highly recommend the wonderful people here. After I broke my toe, everyone in this office got me back on my feet quickly and efficiently. Dr. Felix Rodriguez-Del Rio made me feel comfortable while doing the proper procedures necessary for my injury. My return visits were both quick and useful.
