Extremely pleasant group of nurses and Doctors. But if you’re pressed for time, or have anywhere to be following your appointment, you should likely cancel those plans. There is clearly something wrong with the operations here, as I’ve now seen 2 separate Doctors, on 2 separate days, at this location and waited at least 30 minutes after my appointment time to even be called back. Then wait another 20-30 minutes before the Doctor actually comes in to see me. During both visits, I can hear other disappointed customers in the lobby, that have been waiting just as long. I’m not certain if the solution is hiring more Nurses/Staff or allowing longer appointment times in case visits require more care. Regardless, I will not be back to visit this location, under any circumstance!

Dr. Fowler was ok once I saw him—had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to get in though.Front desk is terribly unhelpful. I was also just billed for X-rays that I didn’t receive (because they couldn’t tell me how much they would cost since they “lost their pricing sheet”), and you cannot reach the front desk via phone call—it just tries to “transfer to operator” and continues failing in that phone loop.

I've called the office for the last two days about my upcoming appointment and can't get ANYONE on the phone.***Update*** They are having technical difficulties with their phone system. 5 stars based on how quickly they responded to the review.

I have had a great experience with OrthoAtlanta at The Battery. Dr. Lamberson could not be more professional and personable. He provides options and a game plan for rehabilitation, whether surgery is needed or not. I highly recommend the OrthoAtlanta team to any and everyone.

The doctor and staff, as usual, were outstanding. I was quite upset because I have cancer. I was sent two e-mails that I must wear a mask. Only me? Several young men strolled in without one, and I asked about it. No one told them to put a mask on. It does me no good if they don’t wear one. Medicine should not be political. We should ALL feel safe.
