Dr Perry and Twin are the best

Been here for years, the Drs are generally nice and my outlook for this place would've been 4-5 stars if it weren't for a recently billing issues.I was there for my annual check up and complained about a slight neck pain, my Dr. Alan was very nice as usual and he recommended an xray.Later I received a bill, which wasn't surprising, what was surprising was that there was multiple charges for things I do not understand nor was explained to me (why was I charged a $200 evaluation visit? It was the same visit and this sort of thing needs to be explained to me and we need to check if my insurance would cover this). I reached out to their customer service and literally they just "Those charges are per guideline".Granted the extra charges was not very much (about $200), but this is a matter of principle. I am not paying for those charges. and I will not come here again, because I do not want a mysterious charge on my bill, I already have Wells Fargo for that.

This is such a great office!! I've bounced around a few primary care offices in Atlanta and have found this one to be the best. I've had excellent care each time I've come back for routine visits. If you don't frequent Atlantic Station, it takes a time or two to get used to the parking; however, their office is in the back right corner of the complex by the movie theatre, so it's easy to navigate.I've been in Alex Porter, PA-C's care and would absolutely recommend her and her team. This is an office filled with kind and diligent healthcare professionals!! Any issue I've had with prescriptions (due to health insurance changes, not them) have been solved in a quick manner on my behalf.Very COVID-cautious and well managed from the minute you check in to the minute you leave.

Dr. Porter, the nurses, and the staff were so wonderful. Prepare to come early on your first visit, it's easy to get lost in the parking garage!

Dr. Alexandra Porter is legit the best. She is kind, understanding, LGBT friendly, and more. She's by far the best doctor I've ever had, and I've moved away during COVID-19, and I'm so disappointed I can't see her! I had previously seen Brian Ross who was TERRIBLE, but he no longer works there. The office staff are all friendly and helpful, and the nurses, phlebotomists, and more all do a fantastic job. Great place, and GREAT work by Dr. Porter.

A friend of mine recommended I see Dr.Perry when I was looking for a new GP after moving to the city. I am so glad I listened to her! Dr. Perry has incredible bedside manner, and the entire staff is incredible. They're quick and thorough at the same time, and really listen to your concerns. He's been my GP for over three years now and I won't be looking for another doctor any time soon. Piedmont's MyChart app is pretty cool too! Though my face doesn't show much excitement as I'm sick, I definitely feel like I'm in good hands when I visit this office.

Dr. Brown-Saddler is awesome. She has an amazing personality and is always cheerful. I love how thorough she is and how she makes you feel comfortable. Her bedside manners are incredible and I actually look forward to seeing her.

If it's your first visit, be ready to be lost. I drove around twice before I even found the Piedmont sign. Then I had to figure out how to get there from the parking deck. Luckily I was able to find a spot to check my email for detailed directions on where to park, which service elevator to take that opens right up to the entrance of the practice. The staff and doctor was very cordial and professional throughout the entire visit.

I’m new to the Atlanta area and needed a basic physician. I called someone inquiring about who I should speak to in regards to obtaining medication, they said I could schedule an appointment to undergo an evaluation with a physician, Dr. Brian Ross. So I booked an appointment, came in and again made sure I was speaking to the right person for what I need. I spent 45 minutes filling out paperwork and waiting in the lobby until a practitioner finally called my name and got my basic information. Even he reassured me that the doctor I am seeing had the ability to write such a prescription for what I need. So you can only imagine my frustration after waiting another 20 minutes, only for Dr. Ross to come in and say that I have to go to a psychologist to be evaluated and prescribed, then suggest a psychologist that is in Sandy Springs which is a whopping 30 minutes away from their office. The associates l in this office come off as very inconsiderate and don’t seem to understand the value of time, nor do they all seem properly educated on their own practices. In the future I plan to find an office that is able to properly educate their patients and understand their needs.

Dr. Ross has repeatedly been disrespectful, insensitive and down right rude to me on multiple occasions on top of the fact that he blatantly does not listen to your answers as he asks dozens of questions.He complained to me during my appointment that his staff’s lack of efficiency resulted in my appointment cutting into his lunch time. This is not my problem nor should it be brought up to me. I am a paying patient coming to his office for help, not to be treated as a inconvenience.Dr. Ross will not listen for the answers to the questions you have. Dr. Ross was insensitive to my struggle with cancer and my hysterectomy a couple months prior to my appointment using air quotes when talking about my cancer diagnosis and reatment. Extremely rude and insensitive. What DOCTOR does this?Don’t think he is recording your answers as he types the entire appointment never looking at you, because he is too busy googling your symptoms so he can get your diagnosis since he doesn’t have the knowledge. He seems truly bothered by any questions and has a bad attitude when you want him to explain this diagnosis or his theory of your diagnosis based upon his computer search of your symptoms.I came in for sharp pains in my stomach and the man sends me for a costly and inconvenient sonogram of my right quadrant organs. Psssst Dr. Ross, the human stomach is on the left.Unfortunately, money can’t buy bedside manner or common sense but I wish I could pay for Dr. Ross to gain basic knowledge of a woman’s physiology, some basic respect for his patients and common decency. Why do people like this become doctors? (Money) Otherwise the staff here is friendly and the location convenient, just stay away from Dr. Ross.
