List of Piedmont Physicians At Cascade's Reviews
These folks are miserable here! Misery loves company, and they are taking it out on the patients! Stay Away from this location!
Great experience with Piedmont Physicians at Cascade. I had a 7:30am appointment and was in the exam room ready to see the doctor at 7:34am. Dr. Bernardin entered a few minutes later and was extremely thorough. She took time to ask questions pertinent to my medical history and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. The MyChart functionality is great and provides an easy way to schedule appointments and access medical records, labs, etc. I recommend Piedmont Physicians and Dr. Bernardin!
Mrs Tonya Knowles was amazing. Very straightforward. Informative. She made me feel like I was talking to an aunt or close friend. SHE LISTENED! I told her why I was there, and she heard me and I know this because she hit those same "points" when she left her feedback when results came back. This was HANDS DOWN the best Dr's appointment I have ever been to in my 35 years of life. The staff were FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT! Side note, the lady at the desk when it's time to check out is GORGEOUS! 😍🤷🏾♂️ Thanks for making this easy. A lot of men, don't go to the Dr enough, I will be referring my brother here/there! Thanks again.
Not surprise after reading the latest reviews. Stay away if all possible. The service here is way below awful.. I have been a patient since 1998! After Dr. Harvey left I continued and used DRM Miranda as my primary. Dr. Miranda left shortly after. Sooo I had an appt to get blood work and decided to make it with Nurse Practioner Tonya Knowles.I needed a biometric screening. I arrived without the insurance form. After letting the nursing assistant know that I could fax the form over I was told no and that I would go over my 30 min window. I called the insurance company in front of the staff and immediately got a rep. The rep .told Nurse Knowles that the form was NOT needed at the time of service. Nurse Knowles insisted it was needed. How so, if the blood would not come back that same day??? Nurse Knowles told me to leave. She was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I called Piedmont corporate office to make a formal complaint. It really sad that this office medical staff has turned into a ghetto facility when the service was so great. 👎
I went for "refills" that I have been on for years that was in my record from Piedmont. I saw Mondal, NP who seemed very inexperienced & insensitive & did not give me the refills. Then Dr. Ukwu followed an NP and refused also. The manager called my doc at main Piedmont then she called in "1" of 3 Rx..request...Where o where did Dr. Young & NP Kobia, plz plz find them pay them whatever 🙏
My worst experience at a doctors office is always here. Avoid at all costs.
Not happy about how the visit went. My doctor Crystal left Piedmont. She was wonderful and very personal. I was looking forward to seeing the nurse practioner, but she wasn't personal and doesn't have the proper credentials. Why would you give me this provider? Now you want to run my insurance again to see another provider. Why didn't you just schedule me with him to begin with? Just awful and a huge inconvenience.
Good visit overall
Thank you so much to Erica who works in the office for your kindness and compassion!! I wish there were more people like you in this world. Dr. Perumal was very understanding and helpful as well.
Getting a referral for an annual follow-up to a specialist you have been referred to previously shouldn't be so difficult. I called twice to request a referral - 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately all you ever get is voicemail when you call the referral line. No one bothered to call me to tell me I needed to come into their office first, they just didn't do the referral. Poor customer service and a complete money grab.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
