List of Piedmont Physicians At East Paces Ferry's Reviews
I loved my experience here! Was very straightforward and efficient. Dr. Prylinski was very thoughtful and thorough. Thankful to have found this location!
Worst clinic ever. Staff are rude, they dont answer calls nor returning calls. They will literally use you for the money. They dont care about your well-being. They will force you to book an appointment for refills for long term meds, otherwise they will leave you without meds. I was traveling across the country I didnt have the chance to book a visit, I was out of my meds because they shortened my prescription without letting me know. they refused to refill my zoloft prescription until I see a doctor. They left me without my meds until they did a virtual visit which the doctor saw me and literally asked me is it working for you? I said Yes, what do you need I said refill. That was it. They just did all of that for the visit money. Unethical and inhumane. Do yourself a favor and find you a caring doctor.
No matter how flat the pancake there are two sides my doctor only has her side and won’t listen to me at all you have made it impossible for me to transfer my medical records from the app on my phone. I have seen three different doctors in Georgia since I’ve been here last July 2020 everyone except your office I have been able to email the information on my app to them now my doctor thinks I’m gonna print them out for her and the last doctor I sent them electronically to tell me there’s over 150+ plus plus pages no thanks I will not be printing them out have a good life
The front desk people are rude, combative, and seem like they wish they could be anywhere else. They seem to forget that we have been living in a pandemic and some have waited too long to see a doctor for serious things and are in pain.
Dr. Prylinski is excellent. He took a lot of time to educate and answer questions. Will definitely be going back.
I have been a patient of Piedmont Physicians for close to 10 years, however after my experience this last year I will not be returning. During a wellness check Dr. Prylinski asked about a visit I had earlier in the year for another reason. I responded that there had been no issues. It was noted in my chart as an additional service and they charged me $150. At no such time did I ask for anything outside of my wellness check and the fact the doctor asked the question and I responded counts as another service. After numerous calls to their billing department and conversations with the office manager they are holding firm that I am liable even though the Doctor proactively asked me the question. Be very careful if you go to this practice as their business practices are deceptive. My experience trying to talk to their business office has been a nightmare as well. The other reviews on this site about their office staff is accurate.
Up until my last visit, I have not had any problems with this office. I love my doctor, but I have had so much trouble trying to solve a bill problem with the front desk. I got my bill, and it said there wasn't anything covered by insurance. I called my insurance, and they told me they never received a claim from my doctor's office. I have tried every means to resolve this issue, but I just feel like I'm being put through the ringer at this point. The front desk extension always ends up busy, I've called several times, and forget trying the piedmont customer service line; you'll be waiting longer than 30 minutes for an answer. My suggestion is: avoid any offices associated with piedmont healthcare.
I like my doctor, but dealing with people at this location is such a hassle. I ALWAYS have to follow up with them several times to get my prescription refilled and it takes 3+ weeks of constant following up to finally get it done. Impossible to actually speak to clinical staff when you call, it goes straight to voicemail every single time. I have to leave several voicemails for them to finally call me back. It's also impossible to speak to anybody if you have questions about your bill. After navigating through their automated phone system to get transferred to the front desk, it doesn't ring at all, and instead just says "sorry this line did not answer". I really don't recommend this location.
Had a first time visit here, and I'm so glad I found Dr. Lacey Hutchinson. She is very informative and thorough, and actually listens to your concerns and starts to take care of them immediately. It's also a beautiful office, very professional.
This was my first visit and I really like Dr. Hutchinson and felt that she took her time to talk with me and address concerns that I had. The facility is really nice and clean and I didn't have to wait a long time to see the doctor. I had to fast prior to having labs and the doctor was nice enough to offer me crackers and juice afterwards. The only thing I didn't care for was having to pay for parking and they do not offer free parking for being seen. I was there for about 2 hours and paid $6. It would be nice not to have to pay for parking when being seen there. Overall, I was still pleased with my overall visit and plan to continue seeing Dr. Hutchinson.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
