List of Piedmont Physicians At North Druid Hills's Reviews
I would leave less than 1 star if possible. The physician, Dr Fuller, seemed very inexperienced and did not listen. Her treatment was ineffective and she made no effort to reach back out to me the next day. I had to reach out multiple times and had the worst experience with the medical assistant, Ebony, who was very rude and dismissive. I was told to wait it out and go to the ER if it the topical cream didn’t work in a few days. This is not an emergency at all, I had an allergic reaction and needed an oral steroid for inflammation, very routine and something that is usually not this much of a pain to get treatment. I just decided to call my primary because obviously this office does not care about their patients. I typically go to the Sandy Springs location and have never had any of these issues, but my regular doctor was out of town. This location was AWFUL! This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but I feel people should be warned about this place.
Dr. Kanjira was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She answered all of my questions. The office was clean and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.
The staff was very friendly and the place was empty so the wait time was not bad at all. However, the point of the visit was to get a specific test done (after ensuring the doctor agreed that the test was medically necessary). The test was done improperly which I found out after having to contact them multiple times. I even drove there at one point waiting on my test results to make sure they submitted the test for what I needed. They confirmed via message, in person and phone that they were running the specific test needed. At the end of it, I received a message via the patient portal confirming they did not run the right test and I would have to come back in to do it all over again, and pay all over again. Therefore, despite the nice demeanor of the staff, I cannot recommend them for proper medical treatment.
Both of my sons were patients here. When their doctor QUIT the practice (!!) we received a letter (6weeks later) that said there would be a seamless transition of their records to the one remaining GP.That did NOT happen - my son needed a prescription refill which was denied - was IGNORED - by doctor AND staff which left me scrambling. They have a nice office but they are UNPREPARED! And they communicate VERY POORLY which can make very important health decisions difficult to follow through with. They do NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS and are so SLOW. Bad communication - false promises - poorly managed practice. Don’t go there!!
Great office. I’m a physician myself and went for an annual exam and Overall experience was amazing. Would highly recommend Dr. Shoyer.
This is an awesome office .. Everyone is very friendly and explained everything .. And I seen Dr Sarma and he was awesome at least he’s the first Doctor to lead. Me in the right direction .. So I give them s 5 Star !!!!!!!
Wonderful new facility and a friendly staff. This location is very convenient and I'm glad I don't have to fight traffic to get to midtown. I was really impressed with Dr. Shoyer and his knowledge of current studies with regards to plant based diets. Piedmont Physicians are the best. I highly recommend the new Piedmont Physicians at North Druid Hills and will be sure to tell my friends about your new location.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
