List of Piedmont Physicians Of Inman Park's Reviews
They lost their best doctor in Dr. Ashley. Everyone else doesn’t care about your health. I wish they would just tell us where she went so we can go to her new office in buckhead. They should close this office.
I’ve been a orients here since it first opened. Primary MD has change but current team is excellent!
Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ashley, who left so I was randomly given another physician. The new physician barely cared to discuss my concerns and had a horrible bedside manner. Will be finding a new doctor's office.
Without a call to ask me, my appointment was changed from my physician to a physician I’ve never heard of. I received an email stating the time and doctor had changed. While this was disappointing (what if I didn’t see the email?), I still came. In line with previous appointments, it took over an hour for me to be seen by a doctor. I won’t continue to waste my time with overbooked appointments here.
I was seeing Dr. Ashley for years and adored her. I've sworn up and down she could move across the country and I'd follow her because she's been so great to me. I had an appointment scheduled with her this Friday and in my reminder from MyChart was shown scheduled with another doctor who I'm not familiar with. I called assuming surely this was a technical issues since I was given no notice about the change but sure enough Dr. Ashley has left the practice (probably for good reason given the terrible reviews about everyone other than her). Again, I was not notified for consulted about this and was just expected to see a new doctor. This might be fine for some, but I have some pretty severe medical trauma and I will not be seen by a random doctor before doing my research and receiving recommendations. I asked in the meantime if my anti-depressant medications could be renewed and the answer was no, I'd have to be seen. Unreal. So I guess I will be quitting my antidepressants cold turkey next week once I run out, hope that goes well!
Dr Chowdhury was very patronizing and unprofessional. I had a candid conversation with him about my depression and anxiety which he seems to have no understanding of. He proceeded to call me a child and advised me to me “to be a man”. When I told him I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in this way, he went on a power trip and threatened to cut off my anti depressants which is probably illegal and certainly violates the hippocratic oath. I was surprised to be threatened by my doctor but after reading some of the other reviews discussing his abrasive personality I realize my experience with him was not unique and this is the standard way he treats his patients.
Thank you Dr.Chowdhurly for the excellent medical attention I received from youand your staff. Dr. Chowdhury is a ExcellentPrimary care physician.
Absolutely the most unprofessional practice. As a Healthcare Administrator, I am appalled by the operations of this practiceHaving relocated here from NY, I was need of a family doctor. I called and scheduled an appointment that was 3 weeks from my call.TWO DAYS prior to my appointment I received a call stating the doctor was no longer taking new patientsI had already taken the day off from work to keep this appointment!! When I questioned why they waited so long to inform me I was told “ I am not sure”Being in Health Care Administration I find this treatment to be seriously unprofessional and disorganized and leaves me to wonder just how much of this flows through the entire practice!STEER CLEAR OF THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
My partner just had a horrifying experience with Dr. Chowdhury, and after reading other reviews, their experience does not seem unique. My partner scheduled an appointment for a physical and to address some symptoms they were concerned about. They are not the type of person to see a doctor often, and was understandably nervous about not feeling heard or respected by a male physician. They sat down and began telling Dr. Chowdhury the things that were bothering them. He became increasingly more terse and disrespectful, stating at one point that "He was only listening to them to be nice", "[My Partner] is asking about too many issues", "[My Partner] is taking advantage of his time and wasting other patients time by asking about other issues".Dr. Chowdhury continued to became irate and began scolding my partner, to the point where they were in tears and confused. He ended the appointment abruptly and slammed the door, leaving my partner in shock to speak eventually with an office manager who excused the doctors behavior by saying "[they] did only schedule a physical".It is unacceptable that this behavior has happened at all, and abhorrent that it seems other people have experienced something similar. Every single anxiety about seeing a doctor was realized in a single experience. This will be a traumatic experience that they will share for the rest of their life. There are no excuses for such disrespectful and misogynist behavior from a male doctor. I would hope that Piedmont Healthcare would do the right thing and record the complaints against Dr. Chowdhury at the minimum, and take punitive action.
I came in to see Dr. Ashley for my first ever adult physical and it was amazing! Like most people, I was extremely nervous and didn't know what to expect, but I came in about 15mins early and was greeted kindly by the receptionist so I was immediately put at ease. Everything is clean and welcoming. The rest of the staff that I met were very welcoming and conversational. Last but not least, Dr. Ashley was AMAZING! She was very sweet, informative, and thorough and made sure I was comfortable during the entire physical. I came in feeling scared and left feeling fulfilled, confident and happy! I'll definitely be back to see Dr. Ashley for my annual wellness checks!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
