First, you can probably get good medical care here from the doctor, however, you will get unexpected bills and have to request information about what they are for, and the hospital's billing customer service is detestable.The cpap didn't work out for me. It made my sinuses close and I got a sinus infection. Since the office wasn't letting sick people in due to covid-19, I contacted the office about what to do in regards to returning the machine for a refund (there was a 30-day window for returning it and I was sick). They said to wait until I was we'll to return it and noted this in my records. (That note is still there.) So I returned it when I was a little better. Several months later they've still not processed any credit due. Instead I'm getting shuffled between the awful customer service dept which claims no responsibility and the sleep center office which isn't holding up my arrangement with them, and of course billing is now sending past due threats even though I've been in dialogue with them. It took them four months just to send me the details of what I was being billed for. They just send you a statement billing you for what insurance didn't pay, no details.I'll be cutting ties to all the Piedmont specialists I've been seeing.

I can't thank Dr. Craig Patterson enough for his honesty and his expertise. Going to see him to find out what was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Patterson along with his staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend them and I have!
