This place use to be my favorite and most preferred place to go to. Lately though the receptionists have been the worst. I once asked for a doctors note and the receptionist just gave the worst face and huffed and puffed and mumbled under her breathe. I come here very regularly since there is always something wrong with me so I’m very familiar with everyone. The physicians and nurses are the best that’s why the two stars instead of one but when it comes to the receptionists they ruin the experience for everyone. Huge disappointment. I’ll update my review when they get better.

My first time at this location and I was treated with respect and professionalism with taking my COVID-19 test.I had a great time and leaving with confidence to hear my results!

I made my appointment for a travel COVID test after doing a virtual visit (which is probably unnecessary as I could just make an appointment for the test, but I assume they just want to bill the insurance company). When I arrived for my virtual appointment the receptionist asked for my name and said I didn’t have an appointment. Then asked for my date of birth, then asked for my name again. I then had to give her the exact date (which I had to search on my phone) of the virtual visit from the week previous (as she didn’t believe me that the visit was a week previous) in order to get the computer to pull my info up. I then was directed around the building to a swab location that blocked all of the other traffic from coming out of the facility. Thankfully the tech who took my swan was very graceful despite the chaos of the process.

This urgent care is the best in Atlanta. Charkwanza and Tamia at the front desk are the sweetest and so helpful! I come to this one all the way from Brookhaven because it’s the best!!
