PCR TestingMy partner and I contracted Covid just before Christmas and the staff here has been so helpful throughout. Christina at the front desk was especially kind today, when I went in to schedule a second test so I can get back to work and she assisted me through the process even though I was technically too early to schedule it on that day. Really appreciate everyone there, thank you so much for making this hard ten days a little less scary.

Christina, Amber, and Nas were amazing. I was seen quickly and they resolved an issue for me with so much compassion…in the midst of what I’d imagine is a tough time for them regarding another uptick in the pandemic cases. Thanks to them!

Was seen at an adequate amount of time as a walk in even though the center was booked with Covid testing appointments. Easy and fast service. Would go back to this urgent care

I was turned away from treatment 30mins before this location closed. I came in with a bloody chin needing stitches and was told they were booked up, and closing. When I asked if they could help me locate another location to provide medical attention the front desk said they couldn't help me. I ended up driving myself to Emory emergency room where they treated me like an actual person and provided medical attention. Please teach your front office staff to treat people with a little more dignity and respect.

Won’t answer the phone to let you schedule an appointment, won’t let you schedule online, and won’t let you schedule more than 24 hours in advance. So you have to drive all the way here just for them to tell you they have no solutions

My finger was throbbing and swollen. I am a barber so this was not good. I walked in and spoke with Nasir. He was very professional and kind. I did not have an appointment and Nasir explained they were booked until next week. He went above and beyond and got me in with little to no wait. I really appreciate him not turning me around because my situation may not have seemed as serious as someone elses. He treated me respectfully from A-Z. I will use this location from now on. Thank you Nasir!!

Did not inform patients that walk-in COVID tests were not available so 80 people lined up only to be informed at 8 am when they opened, that they would not be able to get a test today. The staff were incredibly rude.
