List of Piedmont Urgent Care's Reviews
Very clean, modern, and efficient facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Almost no wait time and they saved me from an ER visit!
The care team was kind, thorough and direct. I would definitely go back when I can’t get in with my primary care doctor. Marcus, the Nurse practitioner was detailed.
Everyone was so pleasant and efficient! Was able to get X-rays and initial results as part of my visit. Grateful to have this practice in my neighborhood!
Dr. Patel, Monica & Shaq were awesome! They took great care of me and displayed a high level of professionalism. I will definitely recommend.
I saw Michael C last month and the level of care was outstanding! Keep up the awesome work. I recommend.
Monica and Dr. Connolley were very personable, calming and professional! Service was great with Monica, Kishara and Dr. Connolley! This Urgent Care Facility was good.
I’m waiting to be seen so this review is only regarding the rep who is currently at the front desk for check- in. I just got here so not sure what I could have possibly done, but I never understand people who have a bad attitude at first meeting. She speaks extremely low so I only ask if she could repeat herself and she takes this sigh, closes her eyes, and then proceeds to speak at the exact tone. It’s sad, but it’s not about me. What’s even sadder is those be the ones who pray to get the job, and then take the blessing for granted. Kishara is the rep today. But I wouldn’t dare allow anyone to pull me down a rabbit hole. Especially, not a stranger. Be positive out here, y’all! And beware of the changing guard.
My 8 year old daughter came in with excruciating ear pain. She was seen by a NP and prescribed meds. We left and later on went by the pharmacy to pick up her prescription. When I arrived I was told there was nothing on the system for her. It was 7:30pm the pharmacy was closing as well as Urgent Care. When I called the doctors office no one answered the phone. So I waited till the next morning to see if I could get someone on the phone about my daughters medicine. After calling 10x no one answered the phone. I literally had to drive over to the clinic to see what was going on, only to find out they hadn’t sent the prescription over to the pharmacy like they should have done the day before. My daughter was in pain the entire night and I did what I could to keep her comfortable. That is unacceptable, if someone comes in to an “urgent care” facility for an urgent matter, one would think sending the prescription over to the pharmacy would be priority! Needless to say it wasn’t, there was no accountability on their part. They were rude and nonchalant about the issue and still took their sweet time sending over the child’s prescription. Please if you don’t have empathy for sick humans don’t work in medical field! The service was terrible here!
Great service and carrying staff from the office to the back.
Very new and clean wonderful staff. My daughter had been sick for over 4 months and EVERY hospital told me just give her honey. They offered another solution and actually heard me out. As a young mother sometimes it feels like no one hears you and they did. Thank you Clarion & Micheal!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
