List of Premier Care For Women's Reviews
I will never go back! Waited over 1 1/2 hours for a 10am appt and never got close to seeing the doctor as they were “running behind”. Been coming here for many years and every visit has the same issue. Never get return calls on medical concerns and entire practice is disrespectful of patients’ time. Shameful. I made an appointment with a new provider while waiting for the doctor.
I highly recommend going to another facility. I was required to send images in due to the ER finding spots close to my reproductive area. I sent them in and never heard from anyone. I called, and called and called, left messages and never heard back. This was last year. I’m very nervous that something is going on within me but clearly they could care less. I now have no insurance so I can’t even go anywhere else. If this was taken care of when I did have insurance I wouldn’t be in this predicament. This clinic isn’t where you go if you want authentic care.
I have been coming here for years and Dr. Eva Arkin is the BEST OBGYN ever. Truly caring and knowledgeable, warm and with empathy - wonderful doctor. Best bedside manners. She answer's all questions and makes you feel welcome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best care.
The only reason I go to this office is because my doctor is there. Dr Elliott is the absolute best and I have been with her for years, that is why I put up with this office. The staff is very unprofessional, customer service is horrible and I waited almost a hour to see my doctor although I was early for my appointment. They do not answer the phones leaving you to make unnecessary trips to the office to get any answers or communication about your health records.
I have been a patient of Dr. Arkin for decades. She is warm, caring, knowledgeable and always has a path forward to deal with my issues, gynecological or otherwise. I feel she treats the whole person. The office is clean and attractive. The office staff cares about my privacy.
Ridiculous wait times in waiting room and exam room. Unsympathetic, borderline negligent doctors. Don't bother with this place. People will tell you it's great, ignore them.
I have been a patient of Premier Care for Women for many years and have gone for regular annual exams. I called with a medical emergency as was told to wait over a week for the first available appointment. They had allocated no emergency appointments in their schedule. Time to find a new OB/GYN.
Hello, saw Dr S Reddy, drove X2 1-1.5 hrs from our home in Braselton. practice has no morale. Very impersonal. Second appointment was done by a tech, a transvaginal ultrasound. No one reached out with my results until I did. Only reason I went was our insurance is out of network with our BIG beautiful NEGA BRASELTON Hospital right within 1-2 miles of our home! 🏡 Ya’ll need to do so much better. You have all the women power.
My surgeon, Dr.Elliot, was personable, knowledgeable and sympathetic. All receptionists, nurses and assistants were kind and took care of all our needs. We are very happy with the care given.
After being a patient for over 20 years, today was my last appointment at Premier Care for Women. After Dr. Cummings retired, I decided to see another provider there and that has ended up being a mistake. The last two visits, my appointment was 45 mins to 60 minutes late with no updates from the staff unless I asked for status. They have no regard for a person's time. They send me several reminders about my appointment time. I'm sure they would not give me any grace for being that late to an appointment. Fortunately, my employer provides on premise health care which has similar services for what I need.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
