I had a very 1st time bad experience. On 6/21/21 my 1:30 appointment turned into a nightmare. After waiting over maybe 2 hrs to be seen, walking 7 blks from parking, 5 floors of stairs, their customer service/office set me up w/the wrong doctor. In entering the office at 12:30, I ask the Office Manager if this was the correct office and the doctor I requested, Dr. Dominique Bayard, she said yes. When the nurse took me in for my vitals and told me a different doctor I was highly upset. When the Nurse went to get the office manager, she claims she didn't pay attention to what I was saying and that I made the mistake. In correcting the mistake, she offered me to reschedule after waiting for over 2 hours, or wait until said doctor was finished I had been their for over 2 hrs. already. After seeing the other doctor, I stopped to use the ladies room and then went to checkout, they did not allow me to make my co-payment. I was ushered out like a homeless person asking for change.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bayard of Pulmonary and Critical Care of Atlanta. She was very attentive to my needs and a great listener. She also provided a very high quality of care. I would highly recommend her.

Great doctor, staff is incompetent. It has been a week since my visit and they haven’t send my prescription medicine to my pharmacy. Have called twice and always goes to voice message, no response back either. If you go this practice ask for prescription paperwork because the health of the patients is Not part of their Staffs priority.

These folks are true professionals and care about their patients. Just let yourself be heard. All Doctors facilities are very busy, you must speak up and be counted at all facilities! Dr. Chaudry reminds me of House!... he is that thorough. And, he is absent the crazy.

Dr. Bayard is awesome!! She takes great care of my mother. Takes time to sit and talk with you and listened to everything that you say and really tries all of the options!
