Had my annual mammogram with Charlene today. She was friendly, gentle and awesome. Thank you!

I don't know the supervisor's name but she was more rude than the worker I was talking before she had the nerve to but in just a thought if your your going to you she be asking and wait for it is explained to you and because she had so much to say and what she was saying was not relative to my issue from my point of review she have asked me what the problem and solve it by telling me I'm next but no she just pushes me out the door in SHORT THEIR RUDE GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE

This was my first time going for a mammogram, so of course I was extremely nervous even walking into the door. Jasmine helped me at the front and was very pleasant, which helped put me at ease a bit. Charlene was my tech and she was really good! Once I let her know that it was my first time she told me to throw out whatever I had heard and as long as I listened to her, it wouldn’t be a scary experience. You know what? She was right! I did exactly as she told me and we were done in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this location for a mammogram.I got the 2d because I didn’t call my insurance co in time to see if I could get a 3D. That’s another thing. I was scheduled for an almost immediate appointment

Excellent first mammogram with Charlene today! I arrived much earlier than my appointment time and they worked me in so I didn’t have to wait too long even though it was my error. When I got into the room, Charlene explained everything to me in great detail and with humor so I felt comfortable and confident.I must admit, I was a bit nervous to come to this facility given reviews from years past, but my experience was outstanding and I will certainly be coming back and telling friends.Thank you!

Highly recommend. I had my first appointment at this office today and every employee was very helpful, efficient and seemed like genuinely lovely people. I felt clear on what was happening and well cared for. Specific compliments to Charlene Leggett (a tech with a gentle touch who helped me relax and smile in equal measure), the receptionist and the woman who helped my sign my paperwork at window 3! The experience left me genuinely grateful for our healthcare system and providers.

Literally been trying to make an appointment with this place for five days been on hold for hours still no one answered warning signs of do not come here

My experience was different. Kim at the front desk was super nice! Sarah in imaging was really nice! My only issue was the loud patient in the waiting room. She talked and talked and talked for an hour straight. And the staff remained professional and unbothered.

My appointment was at 10:50 and I arrived at 10:35 as requested. I wasn't seen until 12:18. I spoke to the manager. She did apologized but just had excuses. The check-in staff and technician were great. I have never had to wait that long for a medical appointment.

I would not recommend this imaging company at all. They are unprofessional and care more about their bottom line than the patient experience!I had an MRI completed at their Newnan, GA location and have been paying my bill consistently. I have been a financially affected by Covid-19 and reached out to Ashley Y. via email ten days ago (6/19/20) to see if I could settle my bill for less money as well as pay them while I had money. No response at all from her, including not acknowledging receipt of my email. I reach out again today, to one of the customer service reps. She was able to get a response from Ashley today.Ashley confirms that the Newnan, GA site manager Anne H. will only give me $10 off my bill if I settle with them via credit card.They only care about their bottom line profits, as a former patient you have been warned:/
