I had a near death experience and Atlanta medical center helped keep me alive, I will forever be grateful for them. Their staff is also very sweet

Worst place ever! My mother died after being in their care. The doctors couldn't tell if her C2 vertebra fracture was an old or new injury (she fell & put her head through a wall). Entered their care on a Thursday morning 1am and didn't find her dislocated hip until Saturday!! One nurse she had on the cardiac floor insisted on her eating & force fed her food & drink. She was being tested for swallowing with a specialist & this woman was pouring water down her throat! The nurse tech under her actually filed a complaint against her for elderly abuse! It doesn't even help contacting patient advocate! This happened 2 years ago. Two years ago I requested her medical records (also from their ortho group across the street) to this day I've never received them! Stay away & if it's trauma go to GRADY!

First and last time ever going to this hospital..Dr.Waterman & the Nurse Britney were some of the most inconsiderate people I have ever had to deal with IN A HOSPITAL THATS SUPPOSED TO HELP PPL...I could of just went home after my accident because all they did was sit me in a hallway for hours and given me 2 Tylenol after being in a car accident..They discharged me and I told them that I didn’t feel right and something was wrong with me Dr.Waterman said “isn’t this the patient that I said was ok” then kept walking..I’m complaining of my head and eyes this Nurse checked my blood pressure..god forbid if you have to come to Trauma unit there PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE these ppl are here to just collect money not to actually help people 👎🏽👎🏽 I have heard stories about doctors like this but having to experience a medical professional ignoring me when I tell them that I’m in pain and I know something is not right is very mental draining..this happened 2 days ago and I am still haunted by the treatment I received..I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN 🖕🏽🖕🏽

The ER visit itself wasn't great, but I know what ERs are like. I did take pictures of the blood on the walls, and I did note that it took 93 minutes for me to talk to a human, but again it was an ER during COVID. Eventually I was seen and checked out and dismissed.The thing is, the radiologist who did my scans that night *also* noticed the advanced-stage cancer spreading through my neck, and made a note that someone should tell me about it. And... nobody did.In the months since, Wellstar/AMC have ignored me and my attempts to reach out through every single path open to me. I heard from them only once, five months after the ER visit, when an unsigned form letter assured me that my "issues" had been resolved with a private internal investigation and that I couldn't be told any more for privacy reasons.Here are pictures of the blood on the walls at AMC's ER. The damage they did to me emotionally I can't photograph.

Worst place on earth. Almost had to fight our way out. The lies they told trying to prevent transfer to facility we should’ve been at in first place. Nurses and doctors rude, dismissive, and downtown deceitful. Beware

I have a good friend that's in the Covid Unit and the nurses are very terrible to their patients!They have left my friend lie in her own urine for hours before they change her. This has been 4 times, she has Pneumonia so I know that's not good! They also make her wait 4 hrs or longer before they feed her. The nurses are very disrespectful, and don't show any compassion to their patients! This is not how you treat anybody!!! If you have family or friends here move them immediately!!!

My sister went to this hospital last Thursday since she been up there they have been treating her poorly she text me and my and share it to friends. its will take them hours too come in there to change her and she also mention to us it took them hours to feed her as well. Do not bring your family member here. me and my mom looking to get her transfer someone else

My friend is in the Covid unit getting the worst care! Sitting in urine for 3 hours with pneumonia. You all should be ashamed of this!

everyone in the staff were awesome from moment I got there until I left. very attentive and dedicated to my health. saved my life after a motorcycle wreck. they were amazing
